Be careful to not call here to ask what I can only feel like to the rep that answered to be dumb questions because they will warrant being cut off and treated with haste as if there are more important customers or as if your not important. Typical rude customer service but I expect more from FedEx. The rating reflects this.

Two times, I've visited and attempted to scan and email a receipt. The email never arrives, and I pay 61 cents (a ridiculous amount for a simple email) each time, just to be ripped off.

I asked for a receipt. I have arthritis in my hands and it was a painful day for me. The snotty employee told me I would have to print out my own receipt or do without. I did without and I will do without this Fed Ex office.Sad, that you can’t get a receipt anymore by asking kindly . Poor Service.

Nothing to complain about but not really welcoming or friendly. You’re stuff will get shipped as expected. Else, store layout is weird and it’s got a strange parking lot but those are nitpicky things

I have been to this location twice- once to drop something off to ship and the second time with a print order. Service was great both times. Staff was friendly and helpful and my print job was done quickly and it came out great.
