I have been visiting this store for more than a decade when this store ownership was in different hands. I have always had great service and the stylists have all been professional, courteous and provide a great hair cut. Even when my son was young he enjoyed having a hair cut at this store. I have been working for almost a decade with my favorite stylist Angela! She takes time to understand my hair cut needs as I keep changing them every season. Thank you Angela and the current team at this store! I would definitely recommend this to my home town folks in Parker!!

Tired of the "Great" Clips on Keystone never having walk-in availability, but now a scheduled appointment was cancelled (same day as my appointment) because they were overbooked. Only two people work there apparently. The person who called me said, "I don't know why she (the owner) scheduled you I'm already booked up." Offered me Tuesday - not convenient for me. Maybe if they are chronically understaffed they should be open on Sundays to accommodate more people. I need to start going to a real salon.

Went to get simple layers done for my hair today for the first time, the hairdresser did a horrible haircut and she just trimmed my hair that to unevenly not even with hair sections. She just chopped my hair in the most unprofessional manner! I requested her to fix it because it was not done the way I asked for and she started ARGUING with me barely fixed it and did a worse job in fixing it! She charged me $25 for it and I totally regret even paying. I do not recommend this salon worst experience ever.

I really do not understand why the name has a bad reputation! Each has a different owner. This one is Fantastic! I was new to the area and tried many salons in Parker. My choice is Fantastic Sams on Key Stone Blvd Robyn (owner) has done a fantastic job for me. I am in a wheelchair and this was not a problem for her! Where it was for other salons. She work with natural curly hair, her cuts are the best, and the color is perfect. When I first started going there she recommended a hot conditioner that was really wonderful. My hair is in better shape now than it has been in years! I highly recommend this salon.

I walked in the shop and was asked if I had an appointment and I responded yes. That was the only acknowledgment I received. There was another customer waiting who was helped and asked how her day was. I waited for almost ten minutes and it was like I was invisible. I was so disgusted I just ended up leaving.

I made an appointment to go there and the second I went in the employee was already rushing over to get started. Then I started describing what I wanted and she interrupted me, then began cutting immediately. After less than even 5 minutes she finished the fade on the sides which looked good, and as I was looking at that she started cutting the top of my hair down to maybe 1/2 inch long. This annoyed me brcause I wasn't able to ever say what I wanted on top. Now my hair is stupidly short when I wanted to leave it longer. I am not returning to Fantastic Sams.Service: Haircut
