Hello, the walls are very thin! you can hear your neighbors, talk, their dogs barking and them walking, etc. If you have an apartment on the first or second levels it's a nightmare! I realize that they can't do anything about this issue. The pool used to be open year-round but now it's closed more than it's open. The fitness center has potential but it's declining over the years. (6 year resident) I personally haven't had any maintenance or staff issues. Usually they are on point. it would be a great place if the buildings were built solid! So just be aware that you will hear your neighbors walking talking and kids/pets running across your ceiling. Good day! FYI, you cannot have gas grills any longer you have to utilize the one by the pool.

I lived here for a year in 2022-2023 and overall had a great experience! The apartments are clean, the pool and gym areas are nice and staff/maintenence are helpful. I worked with Jackie during my move in process and she was always friendly and helped with whatever I needed. The surrounding area is quiet, safe and not far from restaurants and highways. Safety is important to me and I felt totally comfortable walking around at night. The only downside would be the rising rent prices at renewal which is why I had to move, but that is a widespread issue all over CO and not just here.

The overall experience with the staff was top quality. The community is nice, small knit, and very clean well kept. Absolutely love the location convenient to restaurants, retail, pubs, even the dog park. Really appreciated the time that Jackie spent showing us the community, different units and how informative she was. Been here, shy of a month and so far no complaints Definitely happy with the move here. Highly recommend!

I went to see an apt sat the person I talked to was very open to talking to me and showed all 3apartments she knew I couldn’t move in and took her time anyway I’m anxious to move in I just have to finish my lease where I’m at . Even thow they knew I couldn’t move in for awhile she took her time that’s fantastic service as far as I’m concerned thank u so much Jackie I appreciate you for taking your time with me

I've only lived here for 3 months, but the rules aren't too strict, the apartments are well-placed and well-sized, and overall, the neighbors I've met have been really great!

Genuinely couldn't ask for a better place to rent from! The leasing staff and management are fantastic and super helpful with any problem I've had so far from moving in to small concerns from there. Everyone is so friendly and attentive! The amenities are maintained well, and I haven't had any issue with equipment! Look no further for a great team and a good experience!

I took a tour with Jackie today and she made me feel at ease answering all of my questions enthusiastic but earnestly. The grounds were maintained well and 2b2b looked beautiful with lots of light. I still haven't made a decision (was hoping for valet trash) but this is definitely a top contender! If anyone is looking to check this place out. Please ask for Jackie she was wonderful!

I took a tour of the Enclave apartments yesterday and I am impressed by the amazing amenities that are offered at this location. The apartments are spacious and clean, hallways and common spaces the same and the staff I met on this day were so kind and friendly. Specifically Jackie, who led our tour. She was kind and welcoming, took the time to show the space without rushing us, and answered any questions we had in detail. She sold the apartment without it feeling like a sales pitch. Her personality is warm, bubbly, and friendly. If you are looking to your, please ask for her! She is incredible.I’m hoping to move in asap, and I know who my go to person would be!

I am single and have lived here for almost 2 years now. I feel so safe here and I never hear any noise from the other appts. High quality renters too. The office staff and maintenance are like family to me. My favorite person is Jackie in the office for always being there for me. I just adore her. I feel she goes over and beyond and makes everyone feel welcomed. Elliot the head of Maintenance is so nice and helps me whenever I am in need and has a wonderful crew. I highly recommend this property.

I stopped by just a few weeks ago with my daughter to view a model apartment, and have my daughter possibly become a tenant. The woman who greeted us was absolutely horrific, rude like I was bothering her. She had asked if we had enough finances to actually live there. I was beyond appalled. My daughter is a physician and can well afford to live anywhere. I would never recommend this disgusting discriminating place to anyone. even live there? If this is the way I’m being treated for a possible interview is a tenant. The lady’s name was Jackie beware of this woman, for she truly hates the job she processes.

Overall the apartment amenities are nice and well-kept. However, the office staff are not professional and working with them can be challenging. As other people have noted, keep pictures and notes on every interaction with them and come to accept that they will not return any of your deposit even if you clean your apartment thoroughly. They also won't properly tell you if they've already given your apartment up to new leasers. We were a few days past our 60 day notice (only my roommate received an email and I did not) and without warning our place was already given to someone else. In summary, I give this place two stars because the apartments are large, they used to be well-priced, and the amenities (like the gym area and pool area) are fantastic. If you can accept the poor character and judgement of the office staff, then its a fine place to rent.

My husband and I decided to take a tour of this community today, and were blown away! Jackie gave us a complete tour, and made it so fun. The community looked beautiful and has every amenity you could want. Once we left the property we knew this was our future home - we got our employment verification sheets signed by our bosses and applied immediately! I'm already recommending this community to others I know who are on the hunt. Thanks Jackie! :)
