We had to wait 3 months for our insurance to close the investigation and get start on mitigation. For our family of 4 this was one of the most traumatic events and we lost everything initially. It was difficult to know what to do, how cleanup goes, which businesses to trust and who had our interests too.We want to HIGHLY recommend Prism as we checked 3 other companies and Prism was local, truly showed empathy and worked with us if we had any needs. They are true professionals and also work with your insurance if questions or options need to be explored.What stands out is how they worked with my wife on packing our textiles, clothes, electronics and appliances out. It was more emotional than we thought it would be. Craig, Todd and Jill worked with us to provide an overview of the process, put together an estimation for our adjuster and then we worked together with them that day. We LOVED that they took safety as a priority and empathy for us. Although our insurance did not allow items to be replaced, Jill and her team understood what we needed to have cleaned and what we didn't with no judgement. They worked with us and provided great options. The smoke damage, extinguisher dust and other particles were so bad in our kitchen that their team did recommend replacement on items like a stove, microwave and Walter filtration system. Music to our ears as we do want the home to be safe upon return.If you are wading through the difficulty of a fire loss, please reach out on Yelp as we've learned a lot and it's a hard path. There is not really a manual or Yelp on all of this stuff all the time. But please know Priam and their team are great to work with and we are happy we chose them as they are not only good at what they do but have care and concern for the clients. I know it sounds odd, but when you are going through this process, it can be really hard to find companies who have a solid track record but also care.”
“Grace is the Boss with the Hot Sauce! She did a fabulous job repairing my phone and was great to deal with on the phone when we had a minor hiccup with the repair. When I got to the store to pick up my phone it was very clear she is the go-to person for everything. Everyone came to her with their issues and questions and she was on top of every one of them. She was also great in helping me find a glass screen for my phone.
My only very minor complaint is I really wish someone would have mentioned buying a screen protector when I did the repair so they could have done it all at once. That's an upsell I didn't think about because I haven't been able to find a decent glass cover for years and had given up. Had I known they could order one, I'd do it in a heartbeat! This is a recommendation you should be making with every screen repair! (not to mention, it's a great upsell!)
