DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACEI’ve had nothing but a terrible experience at Echo Park since day one. I should have known this when I first walked in there and all the employees surrounding the front desk basically ignored and had no interest in selling me a vehicle. Despite that they had the vehicle that I wanted so I continued to purchase the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, they told me that they had cleaned it. The vehicle had stains all over the sunroof, seats and even speakers. Again, I continued to ignore it because I wasn’t going to let that ruin my new vehicle. They told me to wait approximately a month or so to register my vehicle because they needed to send the information over to the DMV. A month goes by, and I go to the DMV only to find out they haven’t even sent in the paperwork for me to be able to plate my car. At this point I’m extremely disappointed at how frustrating and uncomfortable they have made this experience for me as a first-time car buyer. Only for the cherry on top to be that they sold me a vehicle that isn’t functional and requires a minimum of $12,000 worth of work. When I went into the dealer to have the problem resolved not only did, they have me waiting for 30min they basically told me that there wasn’t anything that they were willing to do for me although they sold me a defective vehicle. The man that helped me didn’t even bother giving me his name and when I asked to speak with a manager, they told me that someone would be reaching out to me, but the funny thing is that they never got any of my information to be able to get ahold of me. I’m extremely disappointed at how they have handled the situation. Echo Park has no integrity, nor do they hold themselves accountable. I urge you to not buy a vehicle from this business because I never thought that that could be me until it was.

Quite happening place. Multiple grounds for football and other games with plenty of parking place. Snow clad leaves and trees are astounding during winter

I believe the cement stairs are not lit at night or have no Florescent tape or color on the edges. I fell last night and landed on my knee that I had knee replacement surgery. Please review safety guidelines for stairs. This was during a halftime for chapparel High. The stairs were dark so very difficult to see. Thanks
