So I ordered tires online at 8am and the website said they would be in by 4pm. I show up at 3:30 and they don’t have the tires there. He proceeds to tell me that I should’ve called instead of ordering online as they have had issues. I told him why have a website where you can order things if it doesn’t work. Thankfully the BIG O down the block took care of me.

Wonderful service! Definitely recommend people getting their service. Richie was great at communicating what the problem was and fixing it. Great hospitality as well! Will definitely be back when the occasion presents itself!

Called on Friday to make an appointment for Sunday morning only got them to not make it and make me sit for an hour without touching my truck. The old management used to be so much better. Had been going there for years. Gonna go somewhere else now

I was in there to get my flat tire fixed. Ran over a large nail somewhere while I was driving. I called at least 5 other places before I called Big Brand Tire & Service. No one else could get me in that day or the next but Big Brand said as long as you get here before 5:30pm we can fix your tire since it's only a 20min job. I was in and out in about 20mins and their customer service was AMAZING. Would def recommend this place to anyone not just my friends and family.

Took my vehicle here for a simple alignment. They told me I would have to do a bunch of work on the front end before the alignment could be done. The work they wanted me to do I had gotten done just 2 months prior. I knew the parts they wanted me to replace were new and working properly. They would have added an extra $700 of unnecessary work. I took my vehicle to another shop and had them look at it, they said things look great and fixed the alignment without any issues. I will never trust Big Brand Tires & Service!

Roberto had exceptional customer service from the first time I stopped in to air up my tire and get a quote! He was super friendly with my son too. And I purchased new tires there today and I noticed he is like this with every customer. You don’t see this kind of customer service at many stores any more. And their service was very fast too. I would highly recommend this store if you are needing new tires, wiper blades or other services!!
