This cvs isn't my first choice when it comes to essentials. The only reason I went out of my way today was to use $5 off coupon. Last time I used said coupon the guest service worker didn't accept it. So I took a chance today. Most of the shelf's are organized and clean. They have a wide selection of cosmetics and hair products. The allergy medications that I was looking for were only a few brands to choose from. Hoping that my said coupon worked on this product. Because otherwise the product is a little pricey to pay each month. I headed to self checkout and the coupon showed up on the screen. If only all markets self checkouts were this self explanatory. Anyways I used the coupon and paid and then waited for printed reciept. But it did not print and there's option to have emailed but I wanted it printed. The guest service worker was with other customer so I walked out without.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS, their store is open from 6am to 10pm but the pharmacy is open 24hr.

Ended up in urgent care on Christmas Eve. By the time we got prescriptions around 7:30pm, ALL other pharmacies were closed - even the supposed 24/7 options. Drove 20 minutes out of our way in hopes CVS was open and they were. They were also surprised that the other "24 hour" pharmacies were closed.

The queue can be long but the pharmacists are very helpful, even with finding the best price among options. They have also caught doctor errors for me. Best option is just to show up in person and you will be helped.

My one star review is specifically for the Pharmacist. I did not get his name but he was working on 12/9/2023 at 7:00 pm (he had dark hair and glasses). We had an appointment for a Covid-19 Vaccine-Booster. Our insurance does not cover the vaccines and we spoke to a woman in the pharmacy to inquire about the Bridge-Access program. She told us she had no idea how to help so we asked if she would ask the pharmacist. He was right in front of us at his desk and at first answered without even looking at us, speaking only to the woman working the counter that he doesn't know and we should just go to a different pharmacy. We explained that the program is described on the website and that we at least wanted to know how it worked. He looked at us but would not come over the counter he just told us from his desk that he didn't know and so there was nothing he could do. They asked that we give them some kind of information to show the program applied besides just the CVS Website and the CDC website. I asked them what kind of information they needed and they said they already told me that they didn't know. The pharmacist in particular was incredibly rude to both us and his coworkers and it is disheartening that someone in this line of work would be so against helping customers. This experience has definitely made me not want to shop/support CVS in general.

I was in CVS Parker, Lincoln, for three vaccinations. I was greeted by the pharmacist, Eric, by name. That alone was worth this review. Nowadays that personal touch rarely happens. Camille checked me in and gave the shots. Very professional and informative. I also had an issue of being in the donut hole with my prescriptions. Camille and Eric were able to find a great solution and I left with all my prescriptions without leaving a lot of money!!!Hats off to both Eric and Camille for a great customer eperience. Medicare wants me to go to Optum. I tried it, but what a disaster, on so many levels. I would rather pay a bit more and stay with the team I know, and knows me!

I wish I could give zero stars. This is one of the absolute worst, most awful, terrible pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. They NEVER answer the phone, I've waited over an hour and a half on hold, no one EVER answers. They don't EVER get prescriptions ready in a timely fashion, they will promise them at a certain time on the app, and then you go to pick them up and they are of course not ready. I was told I would have to wait forty more minutes for the prescription that said was ready. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They SUCK!!!!!

I have been a customer for 6 months and have patiently accepted the refill issues every month. Today, I waited in line for 20 minutes, left and called the pharmacy and was on hold for 30 minutes, noone answered the phone and returned at 6:30pm and waited 20 minutes and was told by the Pharmacist, Eric that he couldn't help with my prescription "issue" as they are short staffed... and he is helping other customers. I said I would wait and he told me to move my car and he would get to me when he could. When I said, I was going to stay in my spot until we resolved the issue and he threatened to call the police if I wouldn't move my car. Wow!!! Exceptional patient care, compassion, patience. That would be too much to anticipate. That is astounding and I feel bad that they have lost their why for being a Pharmacist. I will discuss with the Pharmacy Mgr but wouldn't consider returning to this pharmacy.

Times are tough, sickness going around. We are all at the end of our rope some days. The kindness I experienced here last night was above, and beyond. The girl working the drive-through was so sweet and it was her third day. She was trying so hard and the nice lady who is helping her was kind and never got frustrated. They helped me get my prescription filled and updated my account, so I don't keep having issues. The pharmacist I talked to on the phone was gentle and apologetic. The company may be struggling but these employees at this location are great. Please continue to support them but be kind. They have a tough job.

Dishonesty Dishonesty Dishonesty Please do not go here!! I thought I would support the new CVS pharmacy here in Parker. Big mistake! Had 2 prescriptions filled, weeks apart, my husband picked up these prescriptions and NEVER told my husband that this pharmacy was Out of network for my insurance. They Told my husband that my insurance did not cover this medication! Lie Lie Lie! No, when pharmacists pulled up my insurance information it says Very Clearly, Out of Network!! They just don't tell you, instead lie and say insurance doesn't cover medications! So dishonest! Never Ever will I go back to buy Anything !

I will never go back to this pharmacy again. I went in to a totally empty store. Literally empty except for me. I had an 8:00 appointment. I went to the pharmacy and was told that all covid vaccines before 8:30 were cancelled. She said they called. I received no phone call. I said "so I can't get the vaccine?" She said she could give it to me. The process took so incredibly long it was nothing short of ridiculous. Then she told me my insurance card had expired. The same cad I had been using the entire year? So after 45 minutes I left with nothing. Called my insurance co. and no my card had not expired. So I called back and the pharmacist said to come back in. But then he told me UHC was out of network and that was why my card was declined. NO we are not out of network. I called my insurance co. back and they said they hate dealing with CVS. They have so many problems with them. Good luck if you decide to use them. Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands.

The website stated that my prescription would be ready at 2:30. I showed up to pick up my prescription and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait around for my prescription to be ready.
