“I have banked with Westerra since I was a teenager, and the service there has always been helpful. I appreciate that they are a Credit Union, and they have shared branching because they are a Credit Union. This is helpful because I can go to other Credit Unions and use their ATM's. I am also thankful that I can receive a new debit card that day and not have to wait for it in the mail. I will absolutely continue to bank with them.”

Mark was fantastic despite not being able to resolve the issue him self he walk me through everything and spoke to the card services. Not happy about bellco and the automatic teller system phone line but mark was fantastic and genuinely pleasant to be around”
“Had a problem with my account, online support didn’t show much worry nor rushed to even give me a call back(I didn’t get one) however I went into the Cottonwood Dr location in Parker,Co, and an associate named Daniel went far above and beyond to help me get the mistake on my part refunded. He could have easily said no we can’t do anything as I was in the wrong but instead he brought it up to the higher management.”
