I love Costco. But, the tire center is painfully slow. 90 mins for a rotation and balance? I had an appointment too. Go buy your tires at Discount Tire. Better pricing and faster service.

My wife arrived at 12:30 for a 1PM appointment.1:00 - Sorry ma'am but we are a little behind. It will probably take an hour.2:30 - Sorry ma'am, we are short staffed today. We will be done by 3:00.3:45 - We are just getting to your vehicle now, it should be done in 20 minutes.4:45 - Your tires are done, sorry for the wait.Even at minimum wage, you wasted 70$ worth of my wife's time. Cannot believe how bad the service was. Will not be buying tires from Costco again.

Came in at closing in a bit of a pickle; Nick and Derrick hooked it up with a smile! These guys are great?

They gouged up the inside of all four wheels by improperly securing wheels to tire machine. They caused bad scratches when using a metal tool probably a screw driver to pry up old wheel weights and they didn't remove any of the old adhesive. They dont have the proper no touch machine to correctly replace run flat tires. Pretty disappointing. They won't take responsibility for any damages because they wrote in the inspection report there was already damages in there pre-inspection. There was none. This was the first time the tires have ever been replaced or rotated. As it is a new car with only 30,000 miles. That was the first and last time I will ever get tires from Costco. Buyer beware. Never again. Don't try to save a few bucks just go to the dealership where they have the right equipment for the job.

The guys here saved us before we left to drive to California when a tire developed a bubble when other places were too booked up to help. Very impressed.

Had to wait for two weeks to get an appointment and then for over two hours in the store despite having an appointment. The lady said they go slowly at night because workers have gone home, but why wouldn't they account for that in their appointment system? Or, alternatively, why wouldn't they have warned me to come later? This is not the level of service I expected from Costco. I'll never buy tires here again.

The tires are good prices and warranty, but customer service, not so much. I've been to get tires rotated and balanced a few times already and always wait at least 1-1.5 hours. I usually make the appt in the morning or during the day. But this time, they were booked out except for the next day, at night, just after 6pm so I took that one. The girl at the desk said something was down, and it would take 1.5-2 hrs., so hubby and I walked to run errands around the area. We got back little before 8pm, and saw the car being worked on, so thought it should be done soon. We waited a little bit, went back to the desk. The girl asked if we got a call, we said no, but saw the car being worked on about 10 min ago. She told us it'll take another 15-20 min. We continued to wait until almost 9pm. There was only us and one other guy (that guy said he waited a long time too). That girl was walking around printing papers, and then disappeared. Hubby went outside and said the car is parked in the lot. Rang the bell 2-3 times, no one came. Finally a guy came out and got our key and paperwork. The paperwork said it was out at 8:16pm. The guy asked if we got a call....nope. What is the process to let whoever is at the desk that cars are done!??!!? It wasn't busy at that time anymore. That girl didn't make any effort to look (by that time we had to to stand up and walked around, so she knew we were there). We waited a total of 3 hours. You have to check on your car and probably watch it get done, and then go get your key. Hubby was thinking of Costco for tires, but now will be getting tires somewhere else.

Buyer beware! Read the other reviews before buying tires here! Worst customer service at the Costco Parker Tire Center that I’ve ever received at any retail store. Had 4 new tires installed only to have the check tire light come the very next morning. Tire pressure had been set at 60 PSI when manufacturer recommends them to be inflated to 33 PSI. Called store, but placed on hold for 30 minutes before finally driving to the store. Rude woman at Tire Center Desk said I needed to have an appointment and she couldn’t help me. Told her that I was not leaving until the tires were inflated to a safe level so I could drive the vehicle. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to be nicer to her if I expected her to help me. Not even an apology for sending me home the day before with brand new tires inflated at twice the level recommended. I drove around to the outside bay myself and one of the guys was nice enough to set all 4 tires to the right pressure which took all of 10 minutes. Spoke to store manager “Marc” who was very empathetic and is the main reason for the 2 stars instead of 1. Get this woman off of your Tire Center Desk while you still have customers left!

I went to park meadows Costco to get tires installed and balanced and immediately when I left weights started to fall off. I take it to parker costco to get it fixed and they needed my splined socket to remove wheels and they broke my seat latch when retrieving socket. Filed a claim and they said I broke latch and I must pay. This is Costco customer service that they give to executive members.

Costco used to be great for tires but they've obviously outgrown their business model. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone, I called this morning and was put on hold for 16 minutes the 1st time, I hung up and called again, 14 minutes the next time. I gave up. I'll cancel the whole darned order and go to Discount Tire, they actually make like they care about my business!

They do not have enough staff. Prices are good, but the service techs are massively overburdened. There is ALWAYS a line and every customer interaction seems to take 12-15 minutes. The online ordering and scheduling system are disjointed, meaning you’ll need to manually copy your tire order number to the other app for scheduling. But, it doesn’t matter because you will still get “reminder” emails threatening to send your tires back if you don’t pick them up. This particular element of the Costco experience is pretty bad. It seems to be systemic from the ordering to the fulfillment to not having enough parking for car dropoff. And the warranty doesn’t cover your purchase fully if the tires you buy are on promotion. So, I think I got what I paid for. Discounted tires, kind of not great service. Techs are pleasant and all, but that can’t make up for some pretty fundamental issues that made this a subpar use of 2 1/2 hours of my day.

If you buy the tires ahead of time and make appointments ahead, things will go smoothly. Watch out for the occasional sales on Michelin or Bridgestone tires and you can't go wrong. Michelin has been my go to tires.Costco will also rotate tires every 5,000 miles and do free flat repairs. These can be arranged online or call the tire center directly for other available times. They are always super busy and try to accommodate you. If you want last minute drop off and get it done quickly, not here or anywhere for that matter. Planning ahead is the key.I have also bought the Interstate batteries at very good price and they came with a 36-month replacement warranty. My last one started to go bad at 24 month and after paying $20, they gave me a new replacement battery.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. On hold for an hour over a road hazard warranty- so i decided to drive to costco while on hold. Of course as soon as I pulled in, they picked up and told me i had to turn around and get the blown tire so they can “measure it”. Understandable but really annoying. I return to costco w the tire and i’m waiting at the counter for 45 minutes. Only to deal with a woman with the worst attitude in the world. Didn’t offer anything to make up for the horrible wait or her rudeness. If this happened at the restaurant i work at, we would’ve bent over backwards to make her happy. Don’t go here. Discount Tire or Firestone have better prices and customer service

300 miles on brand new tires I bring in for a warranty service cuz one has a nail in it and the customer service representative tried to tell me that I would have to wait 4 hours to have my spare put on because they didn't have my tire in stock. It takes 10 minutes or less to put a vehicle on a rack and change a tire so that the customer can go about their day and deal with the situation later if you don't have what they need to fix the problem then.

I love Costco. Our entire house decor and food budget is at Costco. This tire place however is an extreme let down. They are always "busy" even when 3 bays are open. I would have had to schedule an appointment multiple days out. The price is the same as Discount Tire and Discount can get me in the same day. I will continue to shop at Costco, cuz I love it. I will never get tires from this tire center and hope big Costco can do something about them as the tire place doesn't seem to have the same quality and customer service as the rest of Costco.
