It's my 5th time getting tire service at this Costco. (2) new tires replacement & (2) tire Rotation and (1) nail in tire fix. All the times was with an appointment booked. Every time I am told 45min to 1 hr wait....it turns into 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs. Today I am coming up on 2 hrs wait. Horrible service! Will start taking my business over Discount Tire down the road moving forward. I had shorter wait times in the past there.

I wish I would have read some of the reviews before going. I've gone to another tire center my whole life but Costco is amazing with everything else, why not tires, right? Well, the pricing couldn't be beat. It was about a $300 difference than anywhere else. They didn't have my tire in stock, so they ordered it and said about a week, no problem. They were in the next day. Scheduled an appointment, they moved it twice due to staffing. Fine, they were easily accommodating. Appointment took 45 minutes longer than expected but good work and communication. I think the biggest problem at this location is staffing. They're obviously lacking enough people due to volume of Parker. I had great service and everything just a long wait and several reschedules. Get more staff and it will be much better.

Great experience here. Bought new ties online and was not expecting them for about two weeks. Received a call from the shop and they let me know that they had the tires in stock and got me in three days later. They got my car in right away at the appointment time and I waited maybe an hour for it to be done. They also advised me to get an alignment to make sure my tires stayed in good shape. Stopped back today after driving roughly 25 miles to get a torque check on the wheels and had a great experience with some of the same guys working when I got the tires put on originally.

Terrible tire service. An absolute nightmare.
They make you make an appointment and then wait 2 hours and 10 minutes just to balance 4 tires. This job can easily be done in 20 minutes.
Rudy (the guy who works in the front office) kept lying to me about the finish time over and over again.
Plus, check out the photo of what they did to my car door. They touched it with oily hands all over.

Appointment is at 7pm. The car is dropped off at 6:55. They don't start until 8pm... Do yourself a favor and drop your vehicle off at least 30 min before the actual appointment.

This location is absolutely awesome.
In Park meadows location refused to take my van because "load capacity of the lift" but the van is perfectly fit on these type of lifts.
I'm thankful to Evan to take my van for tire location. He is very professional and gave me very good advices regarding tire care and selection.
This staff is the best!
See you next time.

I sat for 2+ hours waiting for tires to be installed after being told it would be 1.5 hours. I asked for a status update just to find out that the tires I ordered online are apparently nowhere to be found, and I've been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for nothing. Definitely go elsewhere for tires.

I bought tires from them, and after 5000 miles of tire rotation, they broke the lug nut when they tried to take one of the tires off. They were sorry and told me to take my car somewhere else to remove it so they could do the rotation. I had to wait for 2 hours for nothing. Then I had to take my car to a shop before work to fix it and get a ride to get to the shop. Costco told me they would reimburse the cost, but guess what happens next?
I made another appointment for rotation and took my car in. Ten minutes later, the lug nut from the same tire is frozen, so they cannot do it. What?!?!
Let’s say the shop I took my car in to remove the lug nut did not the job, my question is, my car is 7 years old, did tire rotation many times, had original tires and bought new set this March. Did not have problem at all even when they remove the original untill do the first rotation with the tired they installed. I do not recommend buying tires here. One of the mechanic told me that is very common On Subaru. Originally, they admitted to broke it and now it is on Subaru? Yes they are cheaper than dealers but I learned my lesson. Waiting my time and money.

I love Costco. But, the tire center is painfully slow. 90 mins for a rotation and balance? I had an appointment too. Go buy your tires at Discount Tire. Better pricing and faster service.

My wife arrived at 12:30 for a 1PM appointment.1:00 - Sorry ma'am but we are a little behind. It will probably take an hour.2:30 - Sorry ma'am, we are short staffed today. We will be done by 3:00.3:45 - We are just getting to your vehicle now, it should be done in 20 minutes.4:45 - Your tires are done, sorry for the wait.Even at minimum wage, you wasted 70$ worth of my wife's time. Cannot believe how bad the service was. Will not be buying tires from Costco again.

Came in at closing in a bit of a pickle; Nick and Derrick hooked it up with a smile! These guys are great?

They gouged up the inside of all four wheels by improperly securing wheels to tire machine. They caused bad scratches when using a metal tool probably a screw driver to pry up old wheel weights and they didn't remove any of the old adhesive. They dont have the proper no touch machine to correctly replace run flat tires. Pretty disappointing. They won't take responsibility for any damages because they wrote in the inspection report there was already damages in there pre-inspection. There was none. This was the first time the tires have ever been replaced or rotated. As it is a new car with only 30,000 miles. That was the first and last time I will ever get tires from Costco. Buyer beware. Never again. Don't try to save a few bucks just go to the dealership where they have the right equipment for the job.

The guys here saved us before we left to drive to California when a tire developed a bubble when other places were too booked up to help. Very impressed.

Had to wait for two weeks to get an appointment and then for over two hours in the store despite having an appointment. The lady said they go slowly at night because workers have gone home, but why wouldn't they account for that in their appointment system? Or, alternatively, why wouldn't they have warned me to come later? This is not the level of service I expected from Costco. I'll never buy tires here again.

The tires are good prices and warranty, but customer service, not so much. I've been to get tires rotated and balanced a few times already and always wait at least 1-1.5 hours. I usually make the appt in the morning or during the day. But this time, they were booked out except for the next day, at night, just after 6pm so I took that one. The girl at the desk said something was down, and it would take 1.5-2 hrs., so hubby and I walked to run errands around the area. We got back little before 8pm, and saw the car being worked on, so thought it should be done soon. We waited a little bit, went back to the desk. The girl asked if we got a call, we said no, but saw the car being worked on about 10 min ago. She told us it'll take another 15-20 min. We continued to wait until almost 9pm. There was only us and one other guy (that guy said he waited a long time too). That girl was walking around printing papers, and then disappeared. Hubby went outside and said the car is parked in the lot. Rang the bell 2-3 times, no one came. Finally a guy came out and got our key and paperwork. The paperwork said it was out at 8:16pm. The guy asked if we got a call....nope. What is the process to let whoever is at the desk that cars are done!??!!? It wasn't busy at that time anymore. That girl didn't make any effort to look (by that time we had to to stand up and walked around, so she knew we were there). We waited a total of 3 hours. You have to check on your car and probably watch it get done, and then go get your key. Hubby was thinking of Costco for tires, but now will be getting tires somewhere else.
