love costco, really love costco however the costco in parker co. needs to do something about their customer service in the tire dept. had an appointment to fix a slow leak and rotate tires. 1 to 1 1/2 hours. after two hours i checked on progress and they said it was done, but didn't rotate tires. the service guy went out of his way to fix the issue, but i told him i would get it done next time i came in. the "fixed tire" went flat 3 days later. set another appointment to do same. 1 to 1 1/2 hours. two hours later i checked on progress, said it was done but didn't rotate tires. unlike first visit the man at counter { he was the one that wrote the ticket } took an attitude and stated he didn't see anything about tire rotation. why does it take 2 hours to fix a flat when i had an appointment.

This costco can be a hit or miss depending on the time of day you come. I usually come for the gas but always stop by inside to see if there's much to buy in the wholesale sections. There are a good amount of items that are usually stocked pretty well, and some items that I usually never see at other costco's. It does get pscked here at nights and good luck trying to navigate through the store on busy weekends. I would like to say the value of the items are on par with all the other costco's. The customer representatives are nice and helpful when needed. I do wish that the parking lot was better situated.

Interrupted me, glared at me, talked down to me like I was an idiot because the people filling my prescription made a mistake when I was being perfectly kind and polite as a customer attempting to pick up.

I went here with my daughter shopping for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She scanned her card and I told her that I would pay. Screech to a halt...is that your card? Yes...my debit card. You can't pay on her Costco membership. Never asked me if I had a membership. My daughter went to pay with her cc...nope, it's a MasterCard, don't take those. So, I quick paid my daughter $300 and she paid with her debit card. We then went and BOTH canceled our memberships! Rude. And, explain to me what the difference is when you get $264 from my debit card or hers? Now you have lost 2 customers. Great customer service.

I had not been to Costco for awhile. My nearest Costco is over 100 miles away, so it was fun to visit Costco while in CO. The stores are virtually identical, so it's hard to distinguish one from another. But I love their prices and the quality of the stuff they sell. I wish I had a Costco closer to me in FL.

There was a cap on the floor that an employee directed me right over and refused to clean up so the trip injured my ankle. But Costco is so cheap they won't even give me a $5 or $10 gift card. Don't go to Costco if you are disabled because the employees won't help you. There is also vomit on the ladies coats at this location.

Horrible customer service. I sent my son to get a pizza and some steaks with my card. He's 16 I couldn't get out of work in time before they closed. They let him order and get the pizza but apparently you cannot send your child to pick up anything for you except food court food. So for some reason they don't want my money. I even sent a text with my permission. My son even talked to a manager, who told him that after Nov1st they cannot do it. I even called to see if they can make an exception. Just a hard rude stiff nope, not our policy. Apparently either is customer service. I remember when people actually took pride in their job and wanted to help the customer. This Costco not at all, it is almost like they try to avoid helping anyone.

I find this to be one of the most absurd locations to shop. Every visit only gets worse and further harassment of my family. Costco has every right to make sure the folks shopping here are members. They have done unspeakable things to check for this, most of them quite rude in many circumstances which I have overlooked. Today's incident was the final straw. I come here with my wife every time. She is also a member so the people reading this who doubt anything can rest assured, you are wrong. Today, during checkout, my wife was told she is not allowed to shop here because she is not a member. This is after I had scanned my membership card and she is standing next to me. First of all, she is a member and what kind of idiot thinks they have the right to talk down with incorrect facts to me wife. She doesn't like coming here anymore and for good reason. Costco is doing what they are doing to help improve membership numbers so they can keep costs low. Well your disrespectful and condescending actions have led to me wanting to cancel my membership. Congrats. Note: I am an executive never who will not be renewing my membership. I also had to waste my time further to complain for the manager because I am sick and tired of this behavior. I do not expect anything to change.

I'm Angel, yesterday my roommate and I went to get food, we always pay half and half because we share what we buy, we have been doing this all the time without any problem until yesterday. One the cashiers STEVE T, was so rude, the way he treated us was bad just because we wanted to pay half of the amount in cash and the other half in credit car, he didn't want to do that and he even said that they don't do that plus the one who has the membership is the only person who has to pay when we all know that is not like that, anyway, I felt like he was rude for that reason plus idk if it was just because we look Latinos but that is not the way to treat customers, I work taking care of customers too and our checks depends on the customers consumption.

The store itself has always been great but the free sample situation has gone downhill ever since the new manager took over she threatened to fire Dave the singing sample slinger for singing I don't want to live in a world where Dave the singing sample slinger can't sing

When picking up a prescription you have to talk to the pharmacist. He asks why you are on the medication. Sometimes it’s at a window. But the last 2 times he asked me while I was in line with people behind me. I have never had to explain my medical history to a pharmacist before. The last time he would not fill my prescription because he didn’t think I should be on 2 similar medications. He refused to fill the quantity I was prescribed and questioned why I needed it. He asked several times what are you prescribed this for. He actually wanted to specifically know what I’m being treated for. Stating I’m obligated to ask everyone. I said my doctor is my care provider so he refused to give me my medication. This is the first time I’ve ever had a pharmacist ask questions about my health condition and refuse to fill the quantity of pills.

Public Service Announcement: If you see this in Costco, be aware of what you're really getting (first photo). For me this is downright FRAUD. You get 14 small cashew pieces, not the whole cashews pictured, NO Green Onion, 2 pieces of red pepper, NO SAUCE, and 2 pieces of chicken so small you need a magnifying glass! And it all comes mixed together, not separate rice and fixings. Yes, I am complaining to Costco and demanding a refund. It is utterly inedible!
