The customer service I received by an employee named Theresa was poor. She was rude. Jason tried to provide good customer service. What also is bad is the low interest rate 17 month CD. I hardly get anything from a savings account. One positive is the $3.00 fee for a cashier's check. Other banks the fee is higher. Banks can be a rip-off. They survive off of other people's money.

2020-01, Saturday morning.We went here for a withdrawal and notary.Lots of parking in front of the facilty. Mask is required.Facility was clean. 2 tellers were behind a plastic dividers, another associate was on the his desk with a plastic divider as well.Staff were pleasant and professional. Made us feel welcomed and thankful for us visiting their facility.Would come back again if needed.

I recently opened an account with BOK financial after many years using only USAA. I went in and met with a nice woman in person, we went through all of the steps to open the checking account, and when it was time to actually transfer the first money to the account at the end of our visit, things slowed down quite significantly. Again, they were so pleasant and very "small town bank-y," but not overly efficient. They told me I'd receive my new debit card after 5-7 business days, and I asked if it could be done faster as I had some bills I had to pay soon. She said it's usually closer to 4-5, and I went on my way. On day 9, I called to ask where my debit card was (I was then overdue on bills) and was told that the original woman never even requested a debit card for me, so it would be another 5-7 business days, and couldn't be rush ordered. I wasn't happy. 5 days later, I called and the guy said "any day now," but offered to let me pick up some temporary checks at the drive through. I drove in, and to his credit the lady at the drive through knew who I was as soon as I said my name--he'd had the checks sitting there and instructed her to watch for me. That's why I'm giving them 3 stars. I was impressed by that "small town service" even though I was pissed about the debit card. It did finally arrive on the 7th day (which was really the 16th day) and it's been good since then. I will update after a couple of months using them for most of my banking. Overall, I think they're good, but the one lady at the first desk inside the door in Parker just dropped the ball on that one important thing.

Incredible service, competitive rates. We have over 20 years experience with this bank and as they've gotten bigger we have not become a number. The staff is very customer-oriented, knows you by name and are very financially astute. Always helping us on loans or whatever. You won't need another bank.

What a wonderful institution. They really and truly care about their customers! I never thought I would "love" a bank, but I love these guys. BOK Financial is a GEM in the banking industry and I will continue to trust their staff and services for both business and consumer needs.

Love this bank! I don't usually post reviews but I continue to be impressed with the level of personal customer service with this company.
