We love them here! We actually drive 30 minutes to take our dogs to this location. The staff are always so wonderful and my dogs love it here! I couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you for all that you do for our pups.

Great job every time she grooms my two dogs. I feel very comfortable dropping off our dogs because I know they will be kind to both my Hunter and Wesley. Always excellent customer service.Janet Dagenhart

Everyone at City Bark welcomes me and my dogs with smiles - no matter how crazy they come barreling through the door. They are accommodating when plans change, and in every drop off/pickup it is obvious that they have built a genuinely caring relationship with my dogs. We've been long time fans of City Park Parker for over 11 years.

I’m a little older and have a tendency towards being way too talkative but it’s only when I come across people who are pleasant and patiently listen. The gals at City Bark are both of these! Brianna is my groomer and she’s so tender and patient with my girl who can be shy and stubborn. She always looks great when I come back for her! Like a different dog! I especially love that they arrange their schedules so that my beautiful girl doesn’t have to be in a kennel before or after her appointment!!You see?! Talkative!

they are very accommodating and very kind but i picked up my cats this morning after they stayed at city bark for 4 nights and my cats stink like a litter box so bad to the point where i had to bathe them once i got home. i had given them a bath a few days before dropping them off and this makes me unsure of the cat boarding environment there.. my cats never smell like litter box at home. when i got home i also noticed 3 bowls were missing and 3 toys.. i called and asked if i could pick them up and they said i could so hopefully they still have my belongings.. i would give the service 5 starts but how my cats were returned to me knocks it down to 3..

We were pretty disappointed with our experience at City Bark. We boarded our dog Charlie for five days over Thanksgiving weekend.1) Of course, to board your dog they need to meet him/her and see how well they're socialized. However, their online system allows you to book a time they're not actually available. We were able to book a time over the phone after they reached out to us. Not a huge deal, but a yellow flag in hindsight. The session where they met Charlie was quick and easy.2) I like the idea of their pre-check-in. However, the system is pretty poorly designed and there are no descriptions of any add-ons you might purchase. So, I bailed on this, deciding to add things on at the time we checked Charlie in.3) Their responses to text messages and voicemails were extremely hit or miss. This was true before we checked Charlie in, but as we started running into issues during the stay it was clear the staff was avoiding communicating with us.4) The place smells OVERWHELMINGLY like dog urine. The smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the front door. Huge red flag in hindsight, but this was our first time boarding so we weren't sure if this was a huge deal or not at the time.5) We signed Charlie up for the Gold play package, for each day of boarding. However, even when we checked in the staff didn't do a great job of setting expectations of how long he'd be socializing with other dogs, or how structured/unstructured the time would be. After we checked him in, they just took him to the back and didn't have any other information for us.6) The staff promised to email us a link to the app and cameras after check-in. This didn't happen; I had to text them to get the link.7) Even after texting them, they completely forgot to get Charlie out of his room the first morning after his initial night there. It wasn't until I called, irate, that they let him out. I don't understand how a boarding place can straight up forget about your dog.8) The play time seemed to be extremely unstructured. It was just a bunch of dogs hanging out, whenever we happened to check the cameras. Dogs were constantly peeing on the floor in the play area instead of being taken outside, which probably contributes to the smell in the place.9) Because of our bad experience on the first day, we felt like we had to almost constantly monitor the cameras to make sure our dog wasn't forgotten. This was not ideal, to say the least, while we were on a trip.10) Charlie was in his room for almost 24 hours straight on Thanksgiving. No one showed up to let any of the dogs out until late in the afternoon Thanksgiving day. I left a pretty irate voicemail which was, again, ignored by the teenage staff.11) We added on for Charlie to have a bath before we picked him up. The bath didn't happen; he smelled awful and urine was visible in various spots all over his body. Our car still smells like dog pee.12) We never received a picture or written update about Charlie. We were supposed to get both, daily, as part of the package we paid for.13) To the teenage staff's credit, they immediately offered me a 50% refund of the boarding charges when I started to mention how poorly things had gone. But they didn't want to discuss it further. Again, it would have been nice to see an adult employee, manager, or owner at any point during this experience. It was clear the staff was really uncomfortable with the whole situation given that they started ignoring our calls, texts, and emails starting mid-week. But ignoring the situation doesn't make it better, guys.14) We immediately canceled two other boarding appointments for this month. We'll have to find something else, but anything would be better than subjecting our dog to that experience again.Overall: I wish we'd read the more recent reviews of City Bark, which are more negative (and seemingly accurate) than older ones. I would not recommend anyone board their dog at City Bark Parker until or unless they make major improvements.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My dog was bitten and attacked while at daycare. They didn’t tell me when my dog was picked up. I had to discover his injury on my own. My dog was hurt so extensively that he needed emergency medical attention. I contacted this awful business and they said they would pay the vet bill, this was 2 months ago. I have yet to see any re-payment of the medical bills incurred. I’ve been told several times “the check is in the mail.” I have never received a check in the mail. Now I’m out the money for daycare plus over $400 in vet bills! I would stay far far away from this awful business if you value the health and safety of your pet.

My dog was severely injured while at City Bark Parker this past summer. Her injury required multiple emergency rooms visits and medications. She was so hurt that my husband had to carry her to the car when she was picked up from City Bark Parker. City Bark did try and call us the night we flew back (at 6 pm - we picked her up at 7 am the next day) but they didn't leave a message or answer when we tried to return the call. So we didn't know she was injured until we arrived. They did reimburse us for the first vet bill but the total amassed to almost $3000, which was not all covered. But most importantly, our dog was in pain for days (our vet told us - and even called City Bark because of the clear neglect) without treatment. If you love your dog, I would not recommend sending them here. Also, they lost her dog bed and leash and she smelled strongly like urine when picked her up.

We have boarded here for years. It’s hard to leave my dogs, one is a force to be reckoned with (for real!) and one is a very, very sweet old man. They both leave a little worried, but come home sooooo happy! And then they both pout for a day missing their camp friends! We keep coming back because the care is great, and my doggies are happy ?
