I have purchased two Bed Stu Rockaway bags, one large with the black finish and a purse size bag in a blue finish. I absolutely love the purse. It looks even better than advertised and I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, almost hidden cell phone pouch on the upper edge of the bag! The larger black one, however, was very disappointing. There was very little black on the leather. It looks more like a worn brown leather bag. Just not as happy with that one.

Wow is all I have to say. I’ve never been to this boutique as I live out of state but have ordered from them. The customer service is amazing that you receive. Every time I’ve spoken with someone they’ve been very helpful and kind. This time I had a return and they had to process it the second they picked it up. I shipped it on a Monday and Thursday they processed it. They wrap all their shipments beautifully and my only reason for return was the bag was smaller than I thought. The quality of the products and service are wonderful and I will continue to private from them. Thank you staff at Cinderella ranch boutique you are all the best

I went in this week to buy a Christmas gift. Granted it was about 20 minutes before closing, I knew what I wanted. The gal working seemed bothered by my arrival near closing time. Granted I spent nearly $160, I felt she was not friendly at all. Right after I left, she brought the sign in from outside to show the store was closed. It wasn't quite six o'clock. The whole experience was off setting and I was disappointed with customer service. I should have left when I first got there as I seemed to be a bother.

Awesome boutique, new stuff is always coming in. If you like it, get it because, more than likely, it will sell out quickly. Very fun and trendy items, clothing, shoes, jewelry, purses, and knickknacks.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. It's super cute and they carry some of my favorite brands like Zsupply. Cute western vibe and constantly change up their options/trends. Great hats and leather options too.

Oh my goodness this place is beyond amazing. Such amazing clothes, bags jewelry. Ugh I wanted on if everything! I drove 45 mins to go here last weekend and will definitely be going back often. Staff was so sweet, helpful. My new fav place for sure!!

I've ordered several times. Always perfect shipping and handling. Items wrapped so carefully. Invoices and cards enclosed made me strangely feel, if I went to the store., and purchased it in person. You could feel the attentiveness of the staff. They have a customer for life with me. Keep up the excellent work.

I was not impressed. I was looking for a gift for a friend and couldn't XL. I asked the employee that confirmed no XLs in the store. I prefer to spend my money at local businesses but not at this shop. We have too many choices else where. I recommend Aspen Blu! Super cute clothes In All sizes.
