This place earns every five star review and when I came in needing some emergency work done it showed.
Not only were we met with kindness and understanding of our situation, but they went above and beyond to fit us in to an already busy schedule and get us out the same day. That's amazing already.
Not being a big car guy, it's reaffirming to be walked through each and every issue, why it's a problem, shown pictures and videos, and not talked down to for not being knowledgeable it really builds a sense of trust that I deeply appreciated.
Their waiting room is stocked with coffee, snacks, water, mints, magazines, comfy seating and a charge station.
Those are honestly just bonuses. The real deal here was Caleb who made it all happen and saved us from a terrible, terrible day. Big thanks to him, and the whole team here at the South Parker location.

I'm so used to garages scamming me or claiming to always find something, this is the first one I've came to that not only found the exact issues, they were able to show them!!
The fact they take pictures and then send them to me is amazing and makes me feel safer, and their prices are the greatest!
They've earned my loyalty for life ? Anytime I need work done I'm for sure coming only to this place!

This was my 4th visit to Christian Brothers with 4 different vehicles and once again they did a great job! I’ve had various services done from AC to struts to oil changes and every time the service is outstanding. They’re up front about cost and transparent about what needs to be completed today vs what can be done in the future. I don’t know much about auto repair and Christian Brothers makes it an easy, comfortable experience. They also call me a day or two after service to check in and ensure I’ve had no issues.

I usually don’t leave reviews but best mechanics I’ve been to in a long time. Very friendly, attentive and walked through the entire invoice with me line by line. Same day service for a new fuel pump done before they said it would be.

Customer for life!
I don't say that lightly or often, but when I come across a company who not only provides great customer service, but also has integrity along with a personal touch, (especially in the auto industry) it definitely stands out. Mike G. and his team over at the south Parker location are always honest, provide great work on our vehicles, and take the extra time to really understand the entire situation. Recently, I was in a bit of a bind with my car, and wasn't sure how I was going to get everything fixed. Mike G. was compassionate, understood my situation, and made it where I was able to get my car fixed and back on the road in no time! I will always be taking my cars to Christian Brothers Automotive in South Parker, and highly recommend Mike G. and his team!

There's a reason why this business has 4.9 stars overall. Good service. Good communication. Good mechanical work. Fairly priced. But it's the little details that make them great, such as: Speaking to the SAME person each time so that there is no loss of information, or the branded water bottle they left for me in the car, or having the car pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived, or the free shuttle service.
Other businesses (even those that are not automotive services) should strive to the level of customer service that Christian Brother provides!

Had issues with my check engine light coming on. They worked very hard to determine the cause and fix the problem.Staff was fantastic and so helpful! I will be a customer for life. Honest hard working people.

I have been a local customer of Christian Brothers Automotive for several years and up until now have had a satisfactory experience with repairs on several different vehicles. This is the first time I have ever been motivated to write a Google review ( Good or Bad)
Recently I requested a quote to replace both the front and rear struts on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Christian Bros quoted approximately $4200 for the front struts and $3850 for the rear struts. (Yes- that's a combined cost of over $8000 for four struts). I shopped around and found another local- highly rated shop who completed the repairs with OEM parts for less than $3000. My Tahoe again rides like a Cadillac. The shop that completed repairs was also surprised by the extreme quote from Christian Brothers and commented that this type of poor business conduct negatively impacts their industry as a whole.
Shame on Christian Brothers for attempting to price gouge. I could understand and accept a a slightly higher cost, but to be off by 250% is unreasonable. Even though their location is very convenient, I will never ever return there, they cannot be trusted, I will discourage all friends, family and colleagues from going there as well. And finally I will pray that others do not become victims of this company's greed.
