I recently ordered luxury vinyl flooring for my entire house from Carpet Exchange in Parker, including installation services. Unfortunately, the installers caused several issues: they chipped the new counter in my primary bathroom, broke my garage door, and failed to install flooring under my dishwasher. Additionally, they took my leftover boxes of flooring. Although the salesperson initially promised to credit me for the missing boxes and address all the problems, they have since stopped responding.

I had new carpet installed in a bathroom, and I am so happy with it! Jimmy helped me to pick out the carpet, and Manuel installed it. The color goes great, the quality is good, and Manuel did an awesome job installing it. It really looks great!

Carpet looks great. When we had an issue with the installation, Jimmy handled it swiftly and gave us a refund to make everything whole.
What matters most is how people act when something goes wrong, and they definitely passed that test. I would strongly recommend them.

The CE just coordinated a new floor for us in our townhome. They and the installers did a great job. Every step in the process was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I went in looking to match a specific flooring that was in my house. Shan took the time to find it. Other flooring companies in the Denver area said it wasn't available.
I greatly appreciate the extra effort Shan put in. The pricing was fair, and I received the flooring quickly.

We had luxury vinyl flooring put in our basement and it looks fabulous. From start to finish, we had the project done in just a little over a week. So happy! Thank you to all who assisted us.

We had 3-year old Lvp from Cortec that was very poor quality. Seams separated, seams broke, tiles lifted. This happened in ALL the rooms where we had the product. We contacted Jimmy and after reviewing the purchase records, suggested we file a claim as the product was still under initial warranty. We submitted a sample tile and numerous photos, and Coretec agreed to replace the flooring at their cost.
Jimmy helped us select new flooring, ordered product and scheduled the project. Jimmy was invariably professional, very helpful, and always responsive to our questions and concerns.
Fernando and his crew handled the tear-out and re-install. These guys were punctual, hard-working and very efficient, cleaning up daily.
Very pleased with the manufacturer, with Jimmy, with Fernando and all at Carpet Exchange who helped make this upheaval in our lives as manageable as it could be. Happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Very satisfied with carpet exchange came in here looking for something last minute and Randle did such a great job I had the carpet installed quick. They beat Home Depot’s price, just overall recommend them and would buy again from them!! Thank you so much Randle! & I love the carpet matches everything, great for someone with kids as well :)

The sales staff was great, even though I had to change the installation time several times due to work conflicts. The price was competitive and the staff gave no pressure to my choice. The installation guys were fantastic! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, even though I was ill with the flu. I highly recommend this particular location and Carpet Exchange!

First the positives - they have a wide selection of quality materials, so definitely a good source for carpet and tiles.Unfortunately our overall project - which is still in process - has not gone smoothly. They started the tile but have not completed due to having too little material. They are supposed to be starting the carpet this morning but have yet to arrive, and I spent the morning on the phone with three of their team to try to sort things out.In particular we have a different view of one of their corporate policies. This is a phrase that will come up when dealing with Carpet Exchange. As they have not completed the tile within the time they were supposed to and I had already paid in full for the tile, I thought it would be reasonable to hold the final payment on the carpet until they at least get the tile done. Not surprisingly they wanted all the payment in advance, which in fairness is what is in the contract.However, as I pointed out to them, unless it is corporate policy to not finish jobs on time, to not order sufficient materials, to have managers not call you back when you are told they will, etc, then they are already failing on their corporate policy. I believe that corporate policy should focus on a fair and equitable relationship between the consumer and the large corporate. It appears that Carpet Exchange is concerned with their needs alone.I have yet to see how things will finish, but for now I am left annoyed and with no certainty that the job will be completed, or when that might happen. I have my fingers crossed, but I would prefer to not have to do so when dealing with five figure purchases. Be prepared for angst and unnecessary nervousness if you deal with Carpet Exchange.
