I am extremely impressed with the work of this shop and its employees. Having been involved in a car accident and feeling incredibly vulnerable, this shop made me feel seen, heard, and safe. From the very first phone call, I felt valued as a customer and cared for by the entire team. Once assigned my agent, I was kept continuously informed of the status of my vehicle, was offered patience when I had questions, and was given a thorough explanation of every step throughout the process. While I hope to never find myself in a similar situation, I would gladly place my trust in this shop again.

I had called around a bunch of mom and pop shops to be railroaded with high crazy pricing and crazy time frames before calling a corporate company but lemme tell you!I called to get a quote for my lexus and crystal was an absolute gem!! incredibly helpful along with patient with me asking so many questions, and was very knowledgeable with all the questions i had regarding shop times and insurance issues.Im so grateful for her and look forward to working with her again in the future working on my vehicle!That girl deserves a raise!!

This location of Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company. They were top notch professionals! I was kept informed of what was happening and when. My vehicle was clean and detailed when it was returned. I would use them again if the need came up.

If I only could give this place a zero star review I would.Filed a claim via insurance and after 5 days of never hearing back from Caliber Collision I called to check up on it. I was told because my vehicle Ford F150 is aluminum they would not be able to fix or guarantee it would look good so they just decided to ignore my claim. Never got a call, email, etc. I would never consider this place again. Stay away!!!
