“My family and I purchased a huge toolbox while my husband was on a business trip as a surprise for his birthday. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and supportive. The four members that helped us were Jade, Peyton, Deandre and Natalie. Unfortunately, the survey only gives you two weeks to put in a review and I apologize to all four of them for failing to do the survey in time. They are all excellent employees and we truly appreciate them helping us out. The store was closing and the system kept going down but they continued to help us with patience and kindness. “This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“Spent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”
