Colton was amazing, excellent customer service. He made sure each product that we were looking at was explained in detail. Not only that he also worked with us within our budget. Walked away with a mattress and couch on the same day!

We were blown away by all the great deals they had. It was a bit overwhelming, but Colton sorted us right out. I would definitely recommend buying furniture through them as the savings are astronomical.

My husband and I were impressed by BoxDrop Parker! Colton was extremely helpful, and very patient with us. We have never needed to make an appointment to furniture shop, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to not have to be in a busy store. We never felt pressured to choose or buy anything! We are in love with the quality of our new couch and we will definitely be back!

Great quality, low cost, on a budget, go to them. Colton is great, very friendly and super helpful. Went for a new living room set left with that and a new bed!!!!

Colton was very helpful and showed me multiple options within my price range. As a first time buyer it was a great experience coming somewhere where I knew I was going to get a brand new mattress without being pushed to spend more than I was able to. And he gave me a healthcare worker discount which helped out a lot!

The products seemed legit but the service was deceiving. Colton was friendly but a the end of the day he was under qualified &/or just wasn't interested in doing a thorough job. My experience was disappointing and frustrating. Colton,1st, put my order in wrong so I ended up with 4 box springs being delivered to my brand new home, on moving day. So both my kids had to sleep on the floor. The next day the mattresses were delivered but they, in fact, were not the mattresses Colton had shown us the day we bought them. The mattresses are thinner than the box spring itself and are the most uncomfortable spring mattresses I have ever been on. Colton proceeded to advise me that we went over the receipt & all sales are final. In the back of my mind, I was like..."if that were the case, surely you wouldn't have originally delivered 4 box springs to my home, on that 1st attempt." I have yet to contact the store owner about the issue due my frustrations about my experience, as a whole. I would also like to point out another reason as to why I feel Colton is under qualified & disinterested in his job, is that I was going to purchase a couch set through boxdrop as Colton took a long time on his computer trying to calculate "a deal" on a specific set, came back to me with great news. Only to take me back to his computer and inform me of a mistake he made of missing the fact the set was not available at the warehouse. So the disappointment is real for me. As is the frustration of moving into a new home where I did not have beds for my kids and was counting on boxdrop to come through for my family. They fell through, in my opinion. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The 1 star I had to give is strictly for the delivery movers.

Colton was exceptionally great, I walked into the warehouse not knowing what to expect. Colton made me feel comfortable an at ease, he gave me sometime to walk around and see what I liked. Colton than helped me pick a king mattress and a sectional couch to my liking. The whole entire time he was super chill, not pressuring me and just talking to me like a normal person who cares instead of a typical salesperson. I drove all the way down from Denver and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend coming to check this place out if you’re looking for great deals on furniture! Colton is the man and I’ll recommend him to friends and family in the future. I’ll definitely be coming back to BoxDrop.

Colton was fantastic. Right on time for our appointment and very knowledgeable about his products. He was willing to help us weigh out a few options that would be best for toddlers and large dogs at home. He was able to work a very fair deal and helped us get delivery set up for just four days after purchase! Awesome dude and will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase! Thanks man!
