“Grace is the Boss with the Hot Sauce! She did a fabulous job repairing my phone and was great to deal with on the phone when we had a minor hiccup with the repair. When I got to the store to pick up my phone it was very clear she is the go-to person for everything. Everyone came to her with their issues and questions and she was on top of every one of them. She was also great in helping me find a glass screen for my phone.
My only very minor complaint is I really wish someone would have mentioned buying a screen protector when I did the repair so they could have done it all at once. That's an upsell I didn't think about because I haven't been able to find a decent glass cover for years and had given up. Had I known they could order one, I'd do it in a heartbeat! This is a recommendation you should be making with every screen repair! (not to mention, it's a great upsell!)

“We were on our way out of town and low coolant message appeared. We were promptly greeted by Greg. He went to get the coolant and said meet him at the counter. Then he graciously added the coolant to our reservoir!! This in store visit was fast, maybe 2 minutes!! Awesome job Greg!! This was greatly appreciated! When seeking a specific OEM hydraulic fluid, he even suggested looking at other places for better pricing on the specific brand, but provided an certified equivalent alternative at a far better price. Isn't it nice to have true customer service?”
