Had the most ridiculous experience at this shop. Made an appointment to get my phone fixed, but there was no one there who could? She tells me it'll take about an hour. Okay fine, wanted to give them a little extra time to make sure it was done; so I waited 3 hours for the person to come in and also to do the repair. I come back and he hasn't even started it. Tells me it'll only take 30 minutes and not to worry. Without much choice I go wait in my car, give them 45 minutes instead of 30, and it still was. not. done.All in all he didn't even have the right screen for me (my phone straight up rejected it and said the device didn't recognize the screen) and said he'd order a new one- it'll take two days and they'll call me. They call me Thursday, I schedule a new appointment for Saturday at 9:30am and the young lady assures me she will have someone there and they will be expecting me.If you're still reading this I'm sure you can guess what happened, I go in, there's no one there to fix the screen, and I'm told it will take two hours even though the website says walk-ins take about an hour (make it make sense???) I tell her I can't wait two hours, I told her on the phone I couldn't wait that long when I made the appointment. I gave her an hour and change, and guess what? She hadn't even touched it (I know, a theme has been established at this point)I take my phone and leave, it still rejects the weird screen they put on, my facial recognition no longer works, and I wasted so much time, gas, and energy on this for basically nothing.So, if you live close to this location, have days/weeks to wait around, then I'd recommend this location, every one else should just take it to the little kiosks in the mall and be done with it.

Just had a battery installed in my Santa Fe. What a great experience. Young man, didn’t get his name was very professional & prompt. Have had nothing but great service & products from this store. Highly recommend them for all your battery needs.

Came in for a battery for a watch. Told them I needed a 390. Clerk sold me a 389 which he said was equivalent. Did not work in my watch. Turns out they are the same size but different power draw. They refused to let me return the $14 pack of batteries because they had been opened. They sold me the wrong battery and won't make it right. Ridiculous. Now I have 4 useless batteries. Guess I'll start going to Amazon for my battery needs. Keep it up and you'll go the way of Bed Bath and Beyond....

Call the Parker store and talk to DeLon about a new battery for my wife's car. This guy is a pro! Let me know what he had in stock and then personally swapped it out when I brought the car down to him about 20 minutes later. Can't say enough good things about this crew. Get this guy a raise !

This particular store had the battery I have researched for a few weeks and when I went to the store in Parker, Co… the customer representative that greeted me was very professional, knowledgeable and made my visit very productive and easy for my purchase of a battery for my trolling motor for my kayak. Thank you, Batteries Plus in Parker for the excellent experience!

A real Jekyl/Hyde experience. One sales person was cordial and helpful during the original purchase but when I inquired about returning the battery, the second person was less than friendly and in fact was sullen and condescending. I eventually kept the battery but I think I'm done shopping at this store. - Added later - Upon returning the battery, it was a totally different experience. The store rep was very accommodating and helpful. I think the previous visit was just them having a bad day. I'm glad it worked out. JB

Brought in a cell phone that I purchased elsewhere, which had an extended warranty. The warranty people sent me to this Batteries Plus, which is apparently a repair vendor for the warranty company.The Assistant Manager said the phone couldn't be repaired, which was understandable. I contacted the warranty company, which just needed a quick email or statement from Batteries Plus that they couldn't repair the phone. I repeatedly asked the Assistant Manger if he could write up a quick statement, or just contact the warranty company by email or phone so I could continue getting my phone repaired somewhere else. After 4 calls and repeated emails, nothing from Batteries Plus and nothing from the Assistant Manager.Now I have to try and use another repair center that is further away, but maybe the Batteries Plus in Centennial will have better customer service than the one in Parker.Parker Batteries Plus, you have lost a potential customer and any future referrals for your business.

We had a great experience here getting our motorcycle battery. Both employees were very professional and knowledgeable. While we waited for the battery to be ready, one of them kindly answered all of our questions and gave us good insight. Would definitely recommend bringing your business here

I have never visited this location before, and I cannot tell you the last time I went to a Batteries Plus, but this was a great visit. I needed a battery that I could not find anywhere in Parker, and finally remembered this place was here so I stopped in to check. Right when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I told him the specific battery and he walked over to it and grabbed one for me. I figured I would be paying a premium, but it was cheaper than the bigger stores that were out. I was really happy.Great service, great selection, great prices.Thanks.

Can’t say enough about the entire staff at BatteriesPlus in Parker. I called yesterday looking for a fairly hard to find battery for a BMW. Not only did they have it in stock but also set it aside on hold for me, no questions asked. They even coordinated installation with another Batteries Plus location as they didn’t have the proper tool to electronically register the battery once installed. Both the Parker and Centennial locations were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They saved me an untold amount of both time and money. They now have a new lifelong customer. Thanks again guys!
