Not only were we met with kindness and understanding of our situation, but they went above and beyond to fit us in to an already busy schedule and get us out the same day. That's amazing already.
Not being a big car guy, it's reaffirming to be walked through each and every issue, why it's a problem, shown pictures and videos, and not talked down to for not being knowledgeable it really builds a sense of trust that I deeply appreciated.
Their waiting room is stocked with coffee, snacks, water, mints, magazines, comfy seating and a charge station.

“We had an incredible experience at The Garage in Parker. We received a very expensive estimate on work we were told was necessary by a nearby dealership, but I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to The Garage and was able to get it in immediately. The reviewed the work was being recommended and said they’d be over 30% lower for the same job, then after checking out the vehicle we learned most of the work was not necessary at all. On top of saving over $2700, they were very friendly, and fast!!

I called for an appointment for an oil change. They got me and same week on my day off. While it was in the shop, they found a nail in my driver side front tire and they fixed that for free. They changed a bulb as well that was out since last winter. I had been putting off getting the rear shocks replaced and they were also able to do that same day! I dropped my SUV off at 0830 and was able to pick it up early afternoon! Thanks so much for the great service today! Highly recommend Parker Imports.”

“We have a new jeep wrangler that needed to get fit up to be pulled behind our RV. I had the Blue OX towing package with baseplate and a diode wiring kit for the pulled vehicle lighting. I also had an RVI Shadow braking system that needed to be installed permanently. Bighorn was very courteous and after studying all my parts, confirmed that they could do the work and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to schedule me in a few days later. In the end I understood that the project took a little longer than anticipated, but they held to the quoted price. That was a pleasant surprise and unexpected. I then examined all the work that was done and was very impressed with the quality of installation. I have watched manufacturer videos on how to install and the mechanic did even better than the manufacturer installers. I believe they said the mechanic even repaired some fog light wiring that wasn't even on the list. That was a nice surprise as well.

I brought (had towed from another shop, that quoted entire engine replacement $13k) in 2015 Wrangler JKU with intermittent “crank no start” issues. This was the 3rd shop…& 3rd tow from the Jeep dying in Denver traffic. The problem was found to be a crankshaft position sensor, <$50 part, that only failed on very hot days (>95). The failure was simulated by heating the sensor causing it to fail (confirmed by error codes) and defining the root cause.
My future Jeep needs will all go to Parker 4x4.
Also, Katrina at the front desk was a pleasure to work with…excellent customer service skills!
