After being a client for over a year I decided to cancel and submitted my cancellation form in time. Well the date arrived and payment was auto deducted. I called to inquire and see if they could refund. They said their employee ‘forgot” to process the form. Ok, we all make mistakes BUT they couldn’t refund my auto deduction and gave me a 1-800 number that no one ever answers. I called serval times and no answer, call back or refund for the employee forgetting! This place is a trash franchise and they don’t train their staff. Embarrassing. Do not get a membership here. Do not tan at this place! It has horrible customer service at the salon & with the main company. They don't return phone calls & are not equipped help customers with immediate services.Service: Tanning

Sienna and Nika are genuinely so professional and amazing. I have been tanning here for three years and sienna’s customer service is excellent. She is super helpful and always helps me get the best tan possible. She is extremely hardworking and always goes above and beyond. I know Nika typically works at another store, but every time she works at this location I am so excited to see her. She is so relatable and makes everyone feel special. They both take the most amazing care of their guests and provide me with the best tanning tips.Services: Tanning

I am impressed by the new store manger in highland. I was on vacation and came in several times. A friend of mine that I was visiting said that she had a membership but was not impressed by The lack of lighting and cleanlines. But we went there anyway and she said the place looked much better than the last time she was in and that she never seen the woman behind the counter before. She looked and acted more professional then previous employee my friend said. And she gave me a tour and asked where I was coming from and I told her where, I didn't even need to tell her that I was on vacation, she made feel as if she had known me forever. Her recommendation was spot on I never once felt pressured to by anything because she knew from there,. Which only made more interested. To top off she was able to set me in another location. But she seemed to be sick every time we came in which was a bit concerning, but my night before I was to leave town she was really sick. I know that she had thrown up. We tanned and she explained that she was really sorry she needed to close the store early and that she was cocerned for public safety. I am now a dedicated member because she was working sick for everyone, but concerned for everyone she did the right thing for our health and closed the store. That is someone I would hope the company takes notice. My friend and I have been telling everyone about the new improved company. I hope she got paid time off for being sick. Do not go here to tan. I have been going for years and the quality of service has gone completely downhill! I am very disappointed because the girl behind the counter asked me if I wanted to renew my membership starting on May 24. I asked her specifically, is that when my card gets charged. She said yes. Again I ask, so my card will not be charged until the 24th. She said, correct. She charged my card anyway. Go tan somewhere where you will get quantity. I regret signing back up. They refuse to reimburse me even though the service doesn't start until May 24th! Buyer BEWARE!

If you go in to cancel your membership, get all the documentation you can and keep it. I canceled back in February and trusted they actually did. I just got charged the full membership recently and they will not refund me because they don’t have documentation.

They have been “renovating” for more then a month. The doors to beds 1-4 went a week without locks and had the locks missing so you could see right on the rooms. The locks are on now but don’t latch because they’re is no handles in the inside of the doors. They are weeks into re-painting and don’t give any discount or upgrades to a “finished” room.Service: Tanning

I’ve been coming here for years, the team has always been friendly & knowledgeable. The bed options are great and keep me glowing. I do also love the spray tan and with my natural color (or lack there of) I’ve found the clear solutions to be the better match for a natural look.

I purchased a year of spray tanning from this location. After I started going a few times I began to notice just how filthy this place is. Every room has tons of dust and dirt in every corner. Their Versa spray tanning booths are beyond gross. Pretty sure they have never been cleaned before. I used the red light bed a few times. Once I realized how dirty everything was I stopped laying in the bed. There is no way it is clean if the rest of the store looks like it does.
