Stewart was AMAZING! He had excellent customer service and took great care of us. We went to 4 different AT&T stores and we were about to make the jump to Verizon out of frustration. Stewart did such a great job making sure we were set up with the right devices and our bill fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend working with him!

Jess is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and she did a great job helping me select my new phone. She spent a lot of time with me discussing options, pros and cons of each, and made me feel comfortable in my decision. She also took the time to help me transfer all apps and contacts over to my new device. Plus, she had a fun and diverse playlist with a great array of music that was playing in the store. I can't recommend this store enough. Everyone there was helpful, kind, and patient. Thanks so much!

Jordan was our rep today. He was very nice and patient with us throughout the process. He helped my wife get on first net. He was able to hook us up with much needed accessories through promotional deals.

Came here to get a few new phones and a couple of watches, Jordan and Thomas were incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me get all the devices set up with ease! Thanks to these two gentlemen I will gladly be coming back to this location for any further services!

My husband and I came into this store today and Brandon Tinsley helped us out today and got my husband set up with a new phone and iPad. We got confused on the store hours and when we came back to pick up the phone they were a few min before closing and unfortunately we had to keep Brandon there 40min past closing but he stayed to help us and and had a smile on his face the whole time. His customer service and attitude is outstanding and so professional! This will definitely keep us coming back to this location and referring friends and family. Thank you Brandon!!!

My family went in to switch two phones. While there we decided to get me a watch. The process took 2.5 hours and by the time we left neither my husband or I were set up with service. I spent a whole week calling the store owner, coming in everyday and finally giving up on getting the right product to finally get two of the three issues resolved. I was promised communication from the area manager and never received it. I was promised communication from the store manager and never received it. Not my best first experience at all.

People here are like family, we had many issue and toxic services in at&t few blocks away, Makh, Monte and Andrew here are not only awesome personality but also very smart when handling issue, troubleshooting, and fixing the problem the other retail stored caused us. happy to be a at&t customer after using t-mobile for like a decade, if you live around parker, at&t is very good choice.
