UPDATE: spoke to the owner, and they made this right.
I paid with a $20 bill for a $9 wash. I got $1 in change. I called and was told to text my address for the rest of my change, and it has never arrived....

Had a minor issue with some wand settings. Owner answered my call right away and made things right. Top notch customer service!
