Angelica was so helpful - my battery was not able to start the car; after testing she recommended a long drive to give the battery time to charge - BINGO, solved the problem and didn't try to sell me anything - Customer for life!

I had gone to Advance Auto parts for a battery issue. Travis and Justin really put out the top notch customer service mat, and did everything in their power to help me out of a very frustrating situation. These guys care about the customers that visit their store, and it shows. When you need things for your car or truck, it's worth the time to go see these guys. This is a great place to go if you have nothing to do that day and would like to sit around and wait for the one employee that they have in the store to help you out. The shelves are halfway stocked. I hate that this is the closest automotive store to my house. 98% of the time it's well worth the drive to go somewhere else. I suggest making the drive.

Looking for headlight bulbs for a 2016 ram 1500. So bought the LED headlight bulbs which were 100 dollars. I asked the young representative if these were right headbulbs H11. He said yes. Then told me they have a strict return policy. I said as long as they fit. Pulled the other old bulb from the truck, and turns out they were 9005 style. Went back to see if I can do an exchange, the manager said sorry you bought the headlight bulbs and no return. The rudest manager I have ever experienced and lost 100. Won’t be coming back to this store location because a young man representative doesn’t have any knowledge, and the young girl manger has the rudest attitude towards customers and provided no help whatsoever.Went to Advance Auto Parts right down the road in Parker, their return policy is 90 days. Highly recommend AutoZone Parts instead of Advance auto parts .

This is a good place to find a good variety of items for vehicles. Unfortunately they didn't carry what we were looking for. We still go here for a lot of our auto accessories.

Avoid this store at all costs. I have been burned countless times by this location. I have been an advance auto customer for 15 years and I've never seen a store operated so poorly.

The store manager Matt and his team were most courteous and helping me with a dead car battery issue. In addition to lending me a portable jump starter, one of the team members came over to help. Very thankful and impressed!

Ordered 3 things for my day off project using an online tool. Order $50 or more and get 15% off was a great deal and got the pads, an air filter and the brake lube.It was near closing time, so I was planning on picking up the next day. I was getting my dinner from the 5 star drive-thru restaurant next door and finding out this store was closing late today. Their posted online store hours were off by 2 hours. After waiting for a few minutes, I was helped by a friendly young lady regarding my online orders. Well, one item was out of stock, $1.99 lube was being shipped to the house and ended up with only the brake pads. Got 1 out of 3, not bad huh?Last time, I ordered a rear wiper blade and.... they didn't have it in stock.I'm confident that their system is not communicating well and probably the best bet is to call the store for availability before heading out here. At least, I got to pick up my dinner.... Wendy's.

Went to advance auto parts on Lincoln Ave in parker co on June 7. The immature girl who was left in charge to close that store was sitting and playing on the computer. She rudely interrupted me as I was talking to the person checking me out. . Then I walked back in the store and she yelled at me saying the store was closed but the door was unlocked. Then she just kept shaking her head at me even after I got in my car. I will never buy from advance again. That makes the second location that has no customer service skills. And loose the nose ring. U look stupid

15 min to get 1 quart of oil while employees argue with other customers. I felt like my face was melting off. Never again Advanced, even if you sponsor Gears and Gasoline, never again!
