Do not waste your money on Colorado AAA. They will waste your time and money and not care about it at all. I was stranded on the side of the road, overnight, for more than 8 hours! I had to call 10 or more times and was told oh it will be 45 minutes and someone will be there every time. No one ever showed up! Luckily I had a friend willing to drive to help me out once I was able to get a hold of him. Not once did I get a call or an apology from anyone. Decided I didn't want to renew with them, yet they decided to charge me anyway. I call to get a refund and an extremely rude person told me that I am 5 days too late and there is nothing they will do for me. I asked for a supervisor and the lady sent me to a roadside assistance supervisor in Nebraska who obviously couldn't help me although he did try. Just save yourself a lot of time, money, and energy and use your car insurance provider or anyone other than AAA for roadside assistance.

1 star, will be taking this to corporate. I may update my review if they make this right.Quick summary, 71 year old mom booked round trip tickets to Ireland for $2500 through AAA, needs to cancel tickets due to serious neck surgery, gets GHOSTED by AAA after ~10 voicemails for 2.5 months and then gets quoted $13,000 to rebook through AAA and is told she won't be refunded on original ticket price.Now for the details, she asked for trip insurance, rep didn't include that and then is mysteriously gone from the company. Mom leaves several messages with AAA and never receives a single call back for 2 months. Finally Mom gets a hold of someone who reschedules her flight, ok great. Except on Friday, 3 days before the airlines coupon expiration date, she receives an outlandish quote of an additional $11,000 to reschedule her flight. Mom calls AAA on Monday to find out what's going on, they ghost her again for the entire day and then tell her that "They're very sorry but there is nothing they can do."The final kicker, we found we could rebook the EXACT same flight right now on priceline.com for the the original price my Mom paid, $700 per ticket round trip.If you can access the Internet and navigate Priceline.com then DO THAT PLEASE and save yourself a lot of trouble.

Completely agree with this low rating. Have the agent called Roy and he does not return calls and when there is something the receptionist ends up calling. Not very happy with how they take care of clients.

My wife has been walking to work because her car was damaged by a AAA Colorado technician's improper battery installation. The dealer -- Mile High Honda -- has quoted nearly $1,000 for the repair.We submitted a claim to AAA. A week passed. We call and call but keep getting passed around. No one wants to talk about the issue.We finally receive a passive-aggressive voicemail from a AAA Colorado rep saying that, after a week of waiting, the investigation into her claim hasn't begun. There was also a vaguely threatening language that she needs to respond in a timely manner or ... tough luck. "We need you to fill out some forms before we can begin the investigation." When were they going to tell us? I'm guessing they were stalling ... hoping we'd just go away. We submitted the paperwork.Then, a total of two weeks had passed. We call again to see what is going on. We are told "they" will speak with Pacesetter Roadside Assistance, the company who installed the battery. What have they been doing in the mean time?We finally get an answer ... the folks at Pacesetter say that they installed the battery correctly so ... they will not be helping us with the damage. That's it? "We didn't do it." To our knowledge, no one from AAA Colorado spoke with the service department at Mile High Honda to get their side of the story.There was a time when AAA was a trusted, comforting travel partner. No more. AAA Colorado let us down. After decades of membership fees paid, and recommending AAA unreservedly ... we've been left with no choice but to drop them. We will continue to steer people away ... from what has become a scam.

First of all, I have never left a bad Yelp review for anyone, but today I'm angry. I called Kyle Frie at this AAA office a week and a half ago to request a quote for house, vehicles, business, and motor toys. He stated to email all my current insurance documents. I did so which was time consuming. He replied that the documents were received and he would compose a quote. This was never followed through from his end despite multiple calls and emails to him. Eventually he emailed that he had been sick and that he would get the quote to me. He did not. I then left him a nasty voicemail, with no response. 4 hours later, another agent from this office called me and spoke to me as if they had never received any of the documents I spent so much time uploading and emailing. She stated that she did receive the documents, but then she questioned me about the documents instead of spending any time at all reviewing the documents. Why would I send documents per your request if you have no intentions of reading them? Ridiculous!!! This was so incredibly frustrating that I will not EVER utilize the services of this agency, even though I have been told that AAA is a good company.

James W. Roy, Sr. took my credit card information on 8/24/22 and stated that I have a membership established with AAA. He also said that the AAA card will be mailed to me no later than 3 weeks. Today is 9/22/22 and I still haven't received my AAA card. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. I called AAA and was told that my card was requested to be mailed to me on 9/14/22. What????? This membership agent needs more training. I'm concerned about the fact that I gave him my credit card information over the phone - not sure I trust this employee.

Ordered some foreign currency. Only problem was my card kept getting declined but when I called my credit card company they showed no declinations on my card. So I never found out why AAA declined my card like four times but my card is good!
