The hot tub has been down for 3 months. The aquatics area is filthy/disgusting. I am wondering if this gym will ever repair the hot tub????????? LESS THAN AVERAGE JOES!

managment and front desk are all friendly. the club stays clean (thank you cleaners). by far the best 24 i’ve been too!!

The wet blanket who works the front desk in the early mornings is incredibly negative, rude, and unhelpful. The bathrooms are always filthy.
Extra star for the rest of the staff that is friendly and welcoming.

Decided to try the free 3 day trial, as I am looking for a gym to become a member at. However, I was told I could not do the free trial since I do not have a CO ID, even though I live in the area. Did a tour and was told about the great deals. But that did not justify the poor treatment I received from management. He was demeaning and aggressively interrogating me. I understand you want to ask questions to better understand how to accommodate or maybe tell me about what else your gym could offer. But there is a better way of doing so than how he did, no need to be disrespectful and demeaning.
I will NEVER go to a 24 hour fitness again. After leaving this awful place, I went to Chuze and became a member there. It’s a MILLION times better.

I come to the enjoy the hot tub almost every week but it is broken most of the times. Its been weeks they have not fixed the hot tub. I am never been behind on payments, not sure why they are behind in fixing stuffs. Just fix it guys !! pay money and hire experts rather then getting it cheaply fixed..

The overall environment is very welcoming and friendly. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their work and can aid for injury recovery if needed. Although it is pricy to receive a professional trainer's help, they can definitely give you pointers. I admit, my favorite part of the gym is the studio area, as a dancer it is perfect for practice and training as it is a huge space.

The unbelievable filth at South Parker 24 Hour Fitness is finally driving me to cancel my membership in favor of a gym that costs more and is not as well equipped, but is at least spotlessly clean. Ever since 24 Hour Fitness went into cost-cutting mode several years ago, like reducing the membership fees by half and eliminating the budget for private cleaning crews, this gym has gone from the best gym I ever belonged to in 44 years of gym memberships to the most disgusting, filthy, nasty excuse for a gym I've ever seen. Don't be fooled by the manager Rick's excuses - he does not care about cleanliness and he never will. I suspect he probably gets extra bonuses for the money he doesn't spend on cleaning. The gym floor is always littered with hair, dust, and other debris. If you look closely at the foot pedals and other parts of the equipment, it looks like it has never been cleaned. No meaningful cleaning has happened in the men's locker room in months or even years. The Castle Rock 24 Hour Fitness is MUCH cleaner, so it is clearly achievable with good management. The difference is that the manager in Castle Rock expects all of his employees to be cleaning (real cleaning, like sinks, toilets, floors, etc.) when they aren't doing something else. In other words, he is an effective manager. If you like a cheap, filthy, disgusting, nasty gym that is crowded with high school kids, then 24 Hour Fitness South Parker is your place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I am almost afraid to post this. For a while my closet favorite location in Parker has been hit and miss with my favorite thing about going to the gym. It’s the steam room, locker room and shower. I still see so many upset reviews and as of May 2024, I can vouch that management has gone the distance in improving the cleanliness and availability of a working steam room. I have been at lunch hour and dinner hour and I am so excited. But like I said, I am nervous about it. Great improvements. I will enjoy as long as it lasts. Thank you Rick. I look forward to filling out a feedback form if 24 Hour emails me.
