1st time at this location. I work in a gym myself, I have been for the last 12 years. I’ve been a desk associate before, so I can spot a good one. I couldn’t find the check in fingerprint device when I arrived, I’m sure I looked lost. No help from either kid at the desk, they were real busy holding the counter up. No hello or have a good workout, they just had a disgruntled, unwelcoming vibe. The gym is pretty nice and there is plenty of equipment, so that’s a positive, but the front of the house leads a lasting impression. And this one was far below par. Just a hello, that’s all you need to do to be a welcoming front desk.

Giving it 2 stars only because their price is reasonable, and the gym is big. After working out for 10 years in another gym, we moved to Parker and I tried this gym for 4 months and even though I paid for the whole year, I left it after 4 months and never asked to give me the rest of my money.Reasons why I did not like the gym:1- crowded: Almost 90 percent of the time I did 't get a chance to find an empty bench or a machine I needed and sometimes I had to wait for 30 minutes to find an empty one.2- Not so clean: Not sure how often they clean the gym.3- Lack of hospitality: There was only one guy (tall one) and a girl in the front desk who were smiling and greeting me, and the other kids in front desk almost didn't care when I entered/left the gym.

Better location than most. Staff is friendly. It’s not a huge location, but it’s only crowded during times when you’d expect it. Wish they’d tidy up more as I’ve been a member long enough to remember things always being clean at 24, but the members rack the weights and you can usually find what you need. Wish they wouldn’t let influencers in with their little tripods, but I guess that’s me being old.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because how friendly the staff and owner are. Other than that this gym needs serious help. Unfortunately, the facility is small so there isn't much they can do about how compact the equipment is. I can't believe how DIRTY the place is. My wife and I have seen the same trash in places for multiple days in a row. The towel stations to clean the equipment are usually out. I don't know if it's part of their job to do that stuff, but it seems that the front desk staff just sit there until their shift is over. They could also use at least one more ceiling fan in this place, because one is definitely not enough for the size. My wife also says that their bathroom is always dirty. Not sure why cleanliness is such a problem since it seems like they have enough people staffed to be able to handle this. It would also be nice if the gym was open later into the night as well.

I recently went in to talk to Jordan (the supposed "manager") about a situation where my wife had trouble putting her account on hold due to a medical issue (which 24/7 policies say you can do that) When my wife attempted to do that process, she ran into many issues with the website, Which eventually resulted in the account getting canceled instead of put on hold, as well as her still getting charged another annual fee. When I went in to discuss this with Jordan, she refused to fix the issue, was very immature and laughing at me, So I ended up canceling my own membership since I was a long time customer and she said she wouldn't help fix the situation! She shouldn't be a manager or working with customers! I'm currently working on filing a corporate complaint!

Overall, this gym is okay. It covers most of what I need for programming as a weightlifter. However, I have two major problems with this gym.1: The lack of women’s barbells at most of the Colorado locations. Each gym has between 0-1 women’s bars. Which, for those who don’t lift a ton, is something they use even at the elite level. Despite asking multiple times at different locations, there has been no progress in getting at least 2-3 women’s barbells. For comparison, there are between 5 and 15 men’s barbells at each location I have been to. AND I can say with confidence it is not a budget situation as I have seen brand new flooring and new platforms(understandable), 2 new “fancy” benches (even though they have MANY benches spread around the gym), and 5-7 new self-powered runners (which run between $1,500 and $13,000 PER runner depending on brand). One less runner and there could be 2 new women’s bars at this location.2: Management. In general, it takes a few weeks to fix an issue when the sauna or other amenities are out of order. In particular, the Parker 24 hour fitness management is run by a manager who is argumentative. He has even said “this gym might not be for you” to members who are doing workouts that are legitimate and not dangerous.TOO LONG DIDN’T READ1: If you are a female and you are looking to lift, I would not suggest choosing 24 hour fitness, you will have a hard time finding a gym with a women’s barbell and if you do, it is probably already being used.2: Be aware you won’t be able to use all the amenities at some point, and if you go to the Parker location be careful of what you do to workout, because even if it’s a totally legitimate form of exercising, if the Manager doesn’t like it, he’ll make sure you know multiple times.I would recommend Vasa fitness, even if you have to drive a little extra. The two locations I go to have at least 3 women’s barbells and the management seems to be a little more reasonable and effective.

get your hot tub and sauna room to work everyday. This is why I bought the membership. When they are broken it takes few days to a week to work. Why can't you guys have a dedicated and experienced person to come and fix it as soon as possible. The one in aurora 24 does not have this problem. only the parker location is meshed up. I am just tired.

One word….Vasa. Don’t waste your time our money if you don’t have to at 24, especially the Parker location with the poor management in place. If you are near a Vasa location even if it’s a little further of a drive, they are superior and the cost is the same. I can’t wait for a Vasa to come to Parker!

Sad gym. Equipment is bunched together so closely you're bumping into members every turn. No racks for plates. Worst of all is the filth. It's worth questioning if the place has ever been cleaned. Hair and dust everywhere. They recently removed all towel dispensers, leaving no means of wiping equipment down.

I accidentally left an item in the locker so I went back at 9:45pm to get but the doors were locked despite the fact the hours are listed as open until 10pm. The heavy set guy at the front desk with glasses looked at me and didn't even bother to open the door, instead he decided to play with his ball throwing it up in the air and catching it... Lol first class customer service ?

They need to post signs by the steam room reinforcing that people are not allowed to bring personal sprays & oils in & spray them. This is a public space and it should not be regulated by people’s personal preferences let alone whatever oils they want. Absolutely ridiculous. Talked to a manager & if I don’t see signs next weekend I will just take matters into my own hands.

Not a horrible or great place to workout, but did have a problem with some nut job flying around swinging stuff around almost hurting my daughter and scaring others. I had to walk to the front desk and say, " So are you going to do something about this or am I going to have to do something about this?" Other than that, the sauna constantly smells like diapers.

This review is specifically for JeVon (trainer). I hired him for 2 months since I was never really knowledgeable around equipment or proper form. He was great! Super friendly, personable and knew his stuff! I can now go to the gym with confidence in getting results I want. Thank you!

3rd time in two weeks there’s hasn’t been any toilet paper in the bathrooms. Front desk is too busy on their phones to pay attention I guess? Either that or just trying to save money and we are required to bring our own now. Would love to see a policy update if that’s the case. I’ll remember to pack my own!

The employees are nice, but the bathrooms need more cleaning, and restocked. There is not paper towels every time I go there!! Mirror could use a good cleaning!
