Beautiful views is all this place has going for it. What a dive. Most of the RV park is filled with junk campers and motorhomes that appear to have broken down where they set 20 years ago and piled their piles of junk around it.

This place is beyond gross! Dog poop everywhere trash everywhere. They only care about in front of the office. Their bathrooms are a hazard, and all I do is go to take care of my mother who lives there. I would be embarrassed if I owned this place

Was thinking of buying a place here. That was until I saw the place and was told they have a pet weight restriction and breed specific rules. Seems like they should focus on how trashy the neighborhood is and getting rid of the meth heads instead of making ridiculous rules for pets. Wouldn’t recommend Giving these people 1 cent. They run their business like a bunch of communists.
