Living here is great especially for little kids because we have a basketball court a playground and a cuzibo For the kids to play and hangout people are friendly except for the grumpy ones? but other than that the maintenance is super helpful with everything they help with leaks or if you have a problem with a door I have lived here ever since 2013 trust me and I read these reviews one caught my eye and there was actually never a problem with people trying to steal or anything like that ??

My Daughter and I have lived here going on three years . We have never had a problem. The office people have always been helpful.The apartments are always maintained in a timely manner . We are happy to call cottonwood home . In fact they fixed our window b4 I knew it was broken!

I have lived here for going on five years now.And as soon as any issues come up, I've always gotten a fast response and the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.Peter and the ENTIRE staff are always professional, friendly and helpful.I absolutely love my apartment and plan on staying for a long time.

Absolutely awful place to live. They could not care less about you or your living experience. It took 6 months and many, many maintenance requests for them to fix a cracked window. Getting the correct information from the office is always a huge hassle. They seem very unorganized and on different pages with one another.

God awful place to live. Staff are unhelpful and the communication is lacking to say the least. Grounds unkept and parking on sidewalks seems to be the way to get a spot.

I lived here for about 3 years and never had any issues. I was in one of the updated units and the space was large, nicely done and affordable. I moved to another area, otherwise I wouldn't have had a reason to go. Allowing pets is also a huge plus. I do feel that management could do more to clean up the grounds but I believe that is in the works.

I been living here since 2014. Tod the owner has been nothing but nice and helpful to all tenants and my family. I highly recommend to anyone. Especially if you have children! Tod and his team have amazing games and prizes for the holidays . All the neighbors are considerate to noice and respect each other. Everyone is really friendly. Just the other day i had a huge delivery and my neighbor trish brought the delivery into her home and she send a text that she was keeping it safe for me. Thank god for good neighbors! Tod and his team are regularly checking the fire alarms and on time with all the tenants maintenance. I hear nothing but good things. The office even rents out the clubhouse for birthday events. I like the garden they have at the office. Last time i was able to get fresh vegetables. :) The apartments are so close to the park, and a sprinkler splash park. I would highly recommend.

We moved here in May 2015 and have had nothing but a great experience. They are very family friendly and have great events. In July of this year we actually transferred into a newer updated apartment. They have a contest you're entered into if you pay your rent by the 3rd and winning the $25 off of rent is a nice bonus for something we already do! For Halloween they do food, fun games, and contests at the office and just by going around the apartments my 3 kids completely filled their buckets. We're super close to the Cottonwood park which allows us easy access to events like Oktoberfest. They are also pet friendly which was a huge deal for us because we have two dogs we love very much and housing that allows pets is hard to find around here. I highly recommend Cottonwood View Apartments!

This place is terrible stay AWAY you don't want to live here. Thugs roam around with baseball bats and spotlights threatening people going to and from their cars. The owner knows and supports grown large (200lb) men harassing young women later at night. The owner is scary and weird, the tenants are worse and make it seem like a seriously unsafe place for children and women . This is not where you want to be, some serious changes need to happen starting with how people are treated on the property. Need new management and to employee actual security guards who aren't going to harrasse women and break into your car, and the owner needs a serious reality check on how to treat people. This place is terrible mostly because of him.
