Cappuccino was not good, my friend didn't finish it. The place has a nice vibe, but really disappointed in the cup of coffee.

The only true barista in the valley owns and operates this place. It's AMAZING on all levels. The drinks are top notch every time. Super consistent drinks, service, and hours. You can truly rely on the shop to be open when they say they will be (which is comically opposite most places here in the valley).
The owner Morgan is super kind, fun, and intuitive. You can come in the shop and chat, or you can come in and sit quietly to yourself. No one makes you feel pressured to "fit in with the vibe". Speaking of vibe, its got a really nice feel to it. The care and attention to detail that Morgan puts into everything from the types of plants growing in there, to the selections of mugs.
I only wish that I could drink more coffee throughout the day so I could go into the shop more often. :)

I had a fresh pastry and delicious cup of coffee. Yummy. But best of all, the vibe made it so easy for me to make new friends. It's a magnet for wonderful people.

Great coffee and great vibe. I just got a job in Hotchkiss and heard I needed to check this place out, and I could tell it's a local favorite as soon as I walked in. Morgan was whipping up 3 different orders while chatting with the locals. Americano was amazing. I'll definitely be back.

I was delighted to find this gem on a recent trip to southwest Colorado. The coffee was wonderful and I am something of a coffee snob. The thoughtfully designed outdoor seating area is also place to enjoy. It is under the trees and beside a gurgling stream. This place deserves five stars.
