“Roger saved the day! Tuesday morning, August 9, while traveling south on CO-133, the rear tire on my Honda Goldwing blew out suddenly. Fortunately, I and the bike survived. I was riding with a friend who located Roger on a Google search. Roger did not have a new tire for my bike, but could repair it. A short time later, we found a tire in another town and my friend rode off on his bike to buy the tire. Meanwhile, I had set up a tow with AAA Auto Club and had to wait by the side of the road in the hot sun. A little over two hours later, no AAA tow had showed up, but my friend returned with the new tire. Subsequently, we got a message from AAA that they would not arrive until near 4 pm...a five hour wait! We called Roger back and he agreed to come pick up my bike on his own trailer. At his shop, the repair took about four hours because the Goldwing disassembly is complicated...but, Roger perservered. His work was precise and methodical. He got us back on the road by 5:30 pm and the bike runs and handles great. I nearly forgot to mention: we are from Southern California on a Colorado road tour and getting the bike fixed rapidly was very important. Roger came through for us. You won't go wrong by working with Roger. His middle name should be "service". Thanks, Roger!”
