Amazing customer service. Jeff was amazing and thorough at helping us complete and turn in our passports.Was very impressed by their customer service as we had an appointment time and listed on their list. Another family walked in after us and unfortunately had the incorrect appointment day/time. They went above and beyond to bring out another employee to help them instead of turning them away. All while still helping other customers and us. Amazing service!!!

Got here at 1:58 to do a walk-in passport application, website says it goes until 2:15. We completed all the paperwork and drove 25 minutes to get here. We were the only people inside, yet the worker, Jeffrey, said he wasn’t going to do it because he was “busy” with other parcels and letters. The laziness is astounding.

The staff were kind. Be aware that when you go to pay for the passport application they will warn you that normal processing takes up to 18 weeks, WAY LONGER than it states on the government website. They’ll offer you an option to pay an additional $60 to cut that down to 12 weeks, which is still longer than the government website advised.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any post office. I went here to change my address after recently moving and met sonny. Who ripped my form in my face, threw it away and told me it was wrong. He didn't help me or try to tell me what I needed to change and continued to be extremely hostile and rude giving me close to an anxiety attack. This guy needs to be in a mental hospital. Avoid going here!

One of the most rude employees I've dealt with. Jeanie wouldn't help with my issue, said she had another customer to help... aren't I a customer with an issue too??? She just hung up on me when she pushed me off to the Monument post office...

Extremely easy to do business here, all the employees are very nice and efficient (sometimes the computers don't work but that happens everywhere). Wait time is very minimal compared to Post offices in more urban locations. Jeannie is an absolute gem and made the transaction memorable. Thanks for everything!!

Used to be neighborly but every time a new person starts they are not friendly at all. They know my name and refuse to give me my mail if the PO box is not on there, it does happen some times when companies will not ship to a PO Box. I almost got a ticket because the state will not put a PO Box on the envelope and they sent it back.

Sonny and crew do an excellent job. They manage a difficult situation with our home delivery and Amazon bs. I hope they get compensated well for their efforts!!
