Somebody related to this business was a very rude driver. Their business name was posted on a truck that behaved extremely discourteously. At the sight of an accident, we were forced to pull into a single lane, and this truck squeezed me out of the turning lane. Not only had I arrived in the area before he did, but had he done the more appropriate and respectful thing, we would have all taken turns getting into that lane in zipper style. However, the driver of this truck insisted on bullying me away and rushing in front of me when I clearly had my signal showing my intentions. The reason I am posting this is that if a person who has their business name on their vehicle decides that it is completely appropriate to behave in this way. What does that say about the way they run their business?

Big Mission Auto delivered fantastic service. Their honesty is incredible. I took my 328 in for a new thermostat and Big Mission Auto discovered my thermostat was still covered by BMW under an extended warranty. The team told me I could take my car to the dealership and get it fixed for free. Great for me but Big Mission Auto gave up a $500 job to do the right thing. After my positive experience with Big Mission on my Audi A3 a few weeks ago, I had them do the routine maintenance on my Q5. Although it was only an oil change and tire rotation, the mechanic did a thorough inspection and provided personal feedback which I greatly appreciated. I will be taking my audi's to Big Mission for service in the future.Services: Tires

It's been a long time since I could trust a mechanic and not have to stick around and watch them do the work to my vehicle. But these guys are definitely trustworthy and honest which is rare nowadays. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Big Mission for the great work!!

Big Mission Auto is an honest car repair shop. I had some repairs for my old BMW, and Steve and Jason provided excellent customer service and quality repair. It is difficult to find an auto repair shop with no B.S. This is a locally owned and operated business. Also hard to find these days. Jake.

My BMW lost power and had multiple warning lights on. By the time it made it home it was overheating. Big Mission took it late in the afternoon and by the next day had a full diagnosis. Alternator and radiator. Had a fair repair estimate and my car was completely fixed in a couple days. Fast, friendly, and expert services. My wife's Cayenne Turbo had a rear differential issue. I was able to order a part from Europe and have Big Mission install it. A lot of shops would not allow that. The guys at Big Mission did a good job working on something they normally don't. The vehicle is still in the break in period, However we can tell an improvement in driveability.
