Loved our stay! After a long drive it was a pleasant surprise to be able to sit and enjoy a glass of local red wine at the motels bar. Welcoming, clean no detail was missed! For dinner “Fidel’s” chips n salsa & fish tacos topped it off ( also owned by Jeff & Jody). Next time in Palisades we will visit again. Your hard work and special touch is noticeable.

We needed a place to stay with our dogs on a road trip across country. Clean, comfy, and just what we needed. There's a park near by to walk and take in the views. Also within walking distance are local restaurants/coffee shops etc. Adorable motel with GREAT service. Will continue to make this a stop on all future road trips.

We had an amazing stay with our doggos! The location is great if you're in town for biking, sampling wines, eating the incredible fruit or whatever brings you to Palisade. The rooms are cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoy your stay! <3

This place was precious and really fit our vibe. The bed was super comfy. We loved the on-site bar. The complementary breakfast was such a sweet touch and right on time. Within walking distance to some wineries and food. We would stay again.

We stayed at the Spoke and Vine while on business. My husband and I are small business owners ourselves and this motel was a pleasant surprise. In a time where customer service has fallen to the wayside and it’s sadly accepted as the new norm, this was far from it. Our first encounter was with a smiling Jeff (owner) who was working on the property. He introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed as we arrived.Breakfast served to our room (no extra charge) the next morning was AMAZING. The coffee was the best we’ve had in awhile. The personal touches that Jeff and Jody add to make the stay special are memorable.The rooms were thoughtfully decorated with personal touches. Bed was comfortable and clean!We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed one night at Spoke and Vine and loved it! The check in process was so easy and contactless, and the rooms were comfortable and so thoughtfully decorated - they will also bring a delicious complimentary breakfast to your room in the morning. This is not your average motel and we will definitely be staying here any time we visit Palisade in the future

We recently stayed at the Spoke and Vine Motel and had a terrific experience. The Motel stood out to us, when driving by it earlier in the day. Later in the day, when we had decided to spend the night in Palisade, we asked a local Winery for a recommendation and she gave us Spoke and Vine. The renovation of the Motel was top-notch, staff we interacted with were great. We look forward to staying there again.

Great little spot, perfect for our trip back home. Easy digital check-in, clean and modern rooms, and even breakfast in bed! You can tell they really care, great job!

We had an amazing time a Spoke and Vine, we also ate at their restaurant Fidels and it was 5-star as well! The check-in process was easy and the hosts were on site to help with a key code issue. The room was nicely appointed with plenty of bath linens and very comfortable bedding. The breakfast in bed feature was a really nice personalized touch that gave us a nice start to the day without having to step out of our room. We will make staying here a tradition and visit again soon. I hope there cleanliness and personalized touches remain superior - I would much rather stay here than at a chain hotel. And I'm picky when it comes to overnight stays. Thanks Spoke and Vine!Food & drinks: Fidels is awesome, if you like a modern take and amazing flavors of Mexican food - you will love this.

We had a Covid exposure, and were very disappointed that the hosts refused to offer even a partial refund for the stay, which would have been reasonable since they didn't have to make breakfast for 7 people, clean, and could have offered the rooms to other guests.

Spoke and Vine was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. Don’t let the motel name scare you because it honestly did not feel like a motel. The rooms were clean and crisp and fully renovated. Breakfast in bed was such a treat. You can also get additional coffee and tee from the main check in area. There was ample parking in a safe area. Cute bike rentals with large baskets available for rent if you’re brave enough. My room was made up for the day without having to be asked (I only stayed for 2 nights). Jeff and Jody (owners) were two of the most genuinely friendly people. I met them at their Mexican restaurant in town and they took the time to come over and chat with me and were so sincere and kind.

Love the model of this small business. They took an old run-down motel and cleaned it up. This spot is perfect for a road trip because it’s easy, quiet and no-fuss. We will be back on future road trips.They have a clean little barbecue/picnic table sitting area for grilling. The lobby closes at 7pm. Really an excellent low-cost option.
