Sage Creations is a small family farm located in Palisade Colorado. We specialize in lavender, aromatic herbs, culinary herbs, flowers, and sweet cherries. Sage Creations Farm & Nursery is open APRIL through SEPTEMBER.
The Atrium by Sage Creations in downtown Palisade is open MARCH through DECEMBER. We ship year round from our website.
Custom lavender plant orders taken through November 15th and ready for spring delivery or pick up. Products are available year round- we sell wholesale and retail. Products include: bedding plants, essential oil, hydrosol, lavender buds, culinary lavender, wreaths, dried and fresh lavender bundles, dried and fresh cut flowers, bath & body products, culinary products, fruits, and vegetables.
