I have been a long-time customer of this UPS Store, so I have seen a few owner's change hands. The transition has always felt very seamless and smooth - Until now.The new owner and staff (as of late 2023) continue to be very slow. The store is almost always unorganized, dirty and have lines of people waiting to be helped.The Owner is opinionated with unnecessary trivial commentary (perhaps an attempt at levity?) or to mask his lack of professionalism and service.Package delivery notices don't arrive until (sometimes) 2 or 3 days after being delivered to the store. The new staff is not rude, perse, but so busy and frustrated that they forget to smile and let you know they're aware of you waiting.. and waiting... and waiting!At nearly $300 a year for a small mailbox, I can get the same bad service for free at USPS.

Every time I go in which is a lot, they are kind and helpful. Very busy, but work diligently to get what you need done. Rain, Kerry & Luz are very hard workers. The new owner Adam is funny too so lightens your day.

50% of the time the staff is fairly cordial to customers. I wouldn’t say kind though. And the rest of the time, they are condescending, especially when returning Amazon orders with & without a box. I understand that their job may be very monotonous, and even annoying when dealing with the nuances of Amazon returns, but is it necessary to treat others like they’re idiots & cut them off in the middle of their sentence? I’ve observed this behavior with 2 out of the 3 workers ??♀️.

The worst business imaginable. The UPS driver was there and could have grabbed my package, the owner said not to take it. I had to drive to Durango myself. Massively overpriced for everything in exchange for terrible service.

I’ve come here before to get various things done. I’ve never had an issue with shipping or receiving. I just lost a cat in town and they were so kind to print me extra flyers with no additional charge. These people will take care of you !

We have a box here, and have used their services for shipping, finding cool birthday cards, ordering nameplates etc. We have always had a good experience no matter what the occasion. All of our packages are there when we get their notification. People who think the notifications relayed by shipping companies are accurate are incorrect. You have to wait until you get the notification directly from this location. They've even worked with us on a freight delivery because we notified them, and agreed to pick up soon after its arrival. It's a small independent franchise without storage for giant items. This is the only reliable way to get our packages as residents off the beaten path in Pagosa. We pay annually for this convenience. If you're visiting our town, or don't pay for a box you should have your packages sent to your time share or where you are staying. Some of the reviews here are pretentious. Stephanie and her team work so hard, and they're all so kind and helpful.

Why does UPS always say they delivered my package when there’s clearly no package? I was outside when I got the delivered notification and not a UPS truck was in sight. They do really well for a while and then it stops ?

The staff provide great service and are so friendly. I always look forward to coming in to get my mail.I really appreciate their box services as we’ve lived in Pagosa for 8 months now and there’s no plans for USPS to get us a mailbox in the future. Per USPS, this is due to the USPS office being too small to add more route carriers to deliver mail to the residents in Pagosa.UPS has been a great solution for our mail delivery.

After having one of my shipments sent to the wrong location, been lectured about not standing behind the plexiglass and just general almost rude behavior on the part of the owners and people who work here, I have had enough! I would rather drive all the way to town to the post office to deal with them rather than being lectured about being too far outside of the plexiglass before I even have a chance to ask them to ship a box. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this business.

First...SHAME on Google for allowing one star reviews by anti-vax and anti- maskers...that's ridiculous and dangerous!! Even Facebook tries to cut that out. EVERYBODY has been inconvenienced these last several months!!! The whiners "brilliantly" use Google to find their "facts" and criticize science by using their cell phone (or a computer) over the internet. LOL Next....I ship here all the time and have for several years. Everything has been great and ALWAYS has gotten there in good shape and on time - no problems. We are lucky to have them here!!
