After stoppong at the Farmington, NM Verizon store and having the guy there lie to me and try to sell me a new phone (check out that yelp for details) we stopped here. Lance was awesome. He didn't try to BS us or sell us a new phone. He pulled my SIM card, put in a new one and my phone was good to go. Thanks Lance!!!”
