I went in yesterday to try to find my wife a T-shirt as I was looking around another customer asked if they could try on a T-shirt and store owner that was talking to one of her employees very rudely said "NO and you cannot Undress in my store either and you cannot use my hallway to try on the shirt". I watch them put everything back and walk out the store and I followed suit.

I don't know who the lady is that the other reviews are talking about, but I was welcomed into the store by Wesley. What a total gem and genuine soul she is. We sparked up a real awesome conversation. I spent quite some time in the store, it was like a little store created for me to stop in while I was in Ouray. Super rad, and fair priced. I could've stayed in there forever, but they have to close at some point don't they? Lol. I left with some gifts for my family and for myself. I will most definitely be back the next time I find myself in Ouray! Thank you Wesley!!!

I had a chance to go visit Ouray, while there I stopped in this place to buy my wife a Teeshirt. I should've known better after the person that was behind the counter told us in an abrupt manner, to not come in since she was going to lunch, ok. We shopped at other places, couldn't find what I wanted, so I came back after her lunch was up. We found a sweatshirt in small, my wife's usual size, brought it back home but it was small on her. The cost was $65.62 paid on my debit card. My wife called the store, told them about the size issue, she returned it and had to pay for the return. We checked after a few days and they had received the merchandise, waited some more time, but never saw a refund on our card. We called the manager a few times, asking about the refund, as usual they were very rude, and the third time told us that the owner was in Europe and she couldn't help us. We tried calling several times but they would just hang up, then stopped answering completely.. Frustrated we filled the claim with our bank, and immediately received the funds. One week later we received what looked like the same sweatshirt, with some red stickers, telling us that there were stains on the sweatshirt, and that they would be glad to exchange it if we sent back one without stains. I can't tell you how mad I was in words, because it wouldn't be G rated, but you know what I'm saying. The sweatshirt that was sent back, who knows if it's the same one, it didn't have tags, and the one we sent had all the tags. My theory is since we complained about the bad customer service from Carrie, and the person that answered one of our calls, Carrie was trying to get back at us by being a B, we tried calling again, and as usual it rings and goes to a busy signal, they know our numbers, so they don't answer. I called my bank again so that they would know the what had transpired, they made notations on our account. Now, I say to you, if your ever in Ouray, do NOT buy at this place, don't even bother, you will regret it as I have. Thi is by far the worst customer service and experience I've ever encountered, DO NOT BUY at this store.

Enormous selection beads for making jewelry, clothing and decor - my favorite store in Ouray... drove 2 hours out of the way on our visit to Colorado just to shop here. PS they stay open until 8 in the busy summer months.

Amazing customer service. Helped me from afar with a minor issue, but made a big difference for a sad kiddo! Will definitely be back to buy from their adorable shop again!

I understand things are different and everyone is being very careful during Covid. Never the less, I felt like the person working in the store was rude and did not give us the opportunity to shop for a Ouray tshirt. I barely had out of my mouth, could my son try on the shirt over the shirt he is wearing, before she said NO! Very rudely and off putting. Needless to say we won't be buying any shirts there and we have 3 more days in town.

This store has so many wonderful items to choose from, closest thing Ouray has to a metaphysical store. The owners were both very helpful and nice. No surprise about wearing a mask in a store, as it is public health protocol. Grateful for such a free spirited spot in this conservative town! Will be back!

Great stuff, but the owner obviously thought we were stealing, and checked up on us every two minutes. After ten minutes of just checking things out, she said to "buy something or get out of my store" and then we picked something, when we checked out she said "all that browsing for a eight dollar thing" then she rolled her eyes. Obviously she does not value our nor your Business. Very clear were not welcome back.

The Owner ran me out of the store because I didn't have my mask over my nose. This woman created a scene in the store, in front of other customers, by chastising me from all the way in the back to the front of the store. She then followed me out to the sidewalk to continue lecturing me on "common courtesy". What that woman didn't know after she humiliated me is that I'm SEVERELY claustrophobic and I'm doing the absolute best I can. We were tourists in Ouray and had a lovely time, but that definitely left a stain on our experience.
