This is definitely an old school type of gym with traditional equipment that will always lead to a great pump! The only thing I’ve noticed is they don’t have yoga mats for stretching or warming up on the floor and only one very used foam roller. The “sauna” is just a small room with a wall heater that blows out lukewarm air. Definitely not a sauna. Like many people, I like to warm up and also end my workouts in a sauna so that would be a nice addition! The staff is super friendly and nice!

Very nice gym, especially for Olathe. It is kept very clean and I never worry about covid or anything else.

The gym has all the equipment you could want, the tanning areas are always clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff/owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great gym. Lots of equipment to work out on and most of the time it's fairly not busy so it's nice. Very clean and doesn't smell like a gym.
