They provide us service on top of a mountain and are very responsive to fix any outages despite the distance. When you call a live person takes care of your problem and they are so pleasant! I just love this company!

Iruin mangle bake parboil crush run over loose my phone about twice a year. They have spent more time helping this geriatric Luddite do whatever they do than I want to think about. A special shout out to their tower guy Cameron. Every town needs a Cameron. Every town needs a local phone service.

Honestly if you have any other choice other than this company or hughesnet, Get it. The only reason this company hasn't long since gone out of business is due to the fact that they have a legal monopoly. They charge a lot of money for service that is beyond subpar. They have a lot of shady business practices that while not illegal, definitely rip you off. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. And even the schools that have used them as a service provider have been ripped off just as much as they rip off the average consumer. If I had any choice I wouldn't touch this company with a 100-mile pole. Unfortunately, I don't ie. Monopoly. It took me almost thirty minutes just to load the site to post this review because someone is watching tv in the other room. My advice, Stay Away! This company oversells and under provides.

I don't feel like I matter as a customer to this company. I called 3 weeks ago and was told that I would be called back after waiting 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called back had to leave a message (they had 4 hours to call back after message was left), a week later I had to go in because again I have never heard anything. When they were told I was not impressed with their customer service with me they just kind of blew me off. On another note my internet cable is currently above ground, which they are suppose to come bury The cable is not suppose to be drove over however it runs through my driveway, which means that I can not use my whole driveway. That was 2 months ago that it was set up and no time frame of when they will get it done. I AM ONLY WITH THEM BECAUSE ITS ALL I CAN GET OUT HERE!

Every time I have ever had an issue with my phone or service the NNTC crew has been extremely helpful resolving it. They even Google solutions for me if my issue is out of their purview!

I have lived in rural parts of Missouri and Alaska and never have had this poor of a service for internet. The internet is constantly crashing, the employees don't know how to fix it, and the speeds aren't even what they promise with the contract. I called and asked why my speeds were at 2 or 3 mbps instead of the 10 I pay for (Alaska has 500 mbps in 2013) and they told me that too many people in my town were online and I should just look for a new service if I don't like it. I have never felt so slighted by a utility service. DO NOT GET INTERNET HERE.

This place has the worst customer service. I've never been treated so poorly. The lady in billing kept trying to argue with me, kept interrupting when I was trying to express my concerns. Very RUDE!! I've never left a bad review, I'm never one to complain about service either. Hands down the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I suggest you don't even waste your time with this company. You will regret it.

This company claims to provide a certain amou t of internet speed and i continually check the speed test and it is never what they claim to provide way over priced monopolizing and price gouging only game in town and they are definitely taking advantage of it
