My Rx had a defective screw top that didn’t seal. The bottle had tipped and all the contents spilled out. When I notified them they had me take photos and send them the defective screw top and the spill, which I did. Even after that, they had me get a new script and charged me for a new bottle. Poor customer service. Didn’t feel cared for.

I am so thankful we have the Montrose Apothecary Shoppe caring for our community. Their compounding pharmacist is brilliant, they have the nicest staff, and their prices are super reasonable.

They went above and beyond to get ingredients to compound medicine for my beloved German Shepherd when no one else could get it, including my vet or their online veterinary pharmacy. Stacie’s Apocethary saved my dog’s life. So thankful they care so much about what they do.

These guys are great. I am apparently some kind of doctor or some crazy thing like that.Apothecary Shoppe is my compounding pharmacy of choice.Jacob is a some kind of compounding pharmacy rockstar. I wonder if they have some kind of Emmy Awards for this king of thinks. A pharmacist and a pharmacy who get the job done right, at an amazing price and actually gives a .....Unbelievable. How about you actually don't me and see for yourself?

My friend told me to go and see Dr Chief Lucky Before she mentioned herb & root i didnt know what It was and quiet frankly i didnt believe in It but in the end i finally bit the bullet! my Issue was to do with HIV/AIDS! These ladies are awesome! I was down to hunt for 3 days but ended up being able to stay longer. I was going to run out of meds and they jumped on it and got my prescription filled. Really appreciate all the help and friendliness.

I dread having to go or call. The counter girl Tereasa is rude. I went to pick up my prescription that I called from Montrose and 3 hrs later I show up and my stuff wasn't filled sick and just released outta tthe hospital I was stuck waiting. Her remark after I said I called she really said"Well everyone is on there way " now trying to call there open but phone is not being awnsered. Might have to go threw grand junction to get my prescription sent to me sad when u don't wanna buy local

I am becoming increasingly frustrated with their service. They will not return your calls and at times don't carry through with what they tell you. Their prices are great and they are polite but they drop the ball too often. There seems to be a real lack of communication. Customer service was so much better under the old owner. You knew you would get the correct order and on time. Don is great. I wish he was the one still in charge.

have been dealing with Don for years always had a pleasant experience they always answer my questions and make sure I get the medication I prefer I live out of town and still make the trip to the apothecary.......thanks Don ur the best pharmacist ever!!!!!!!!
