How stupid could a pharmacy technician be to ask a woman who was prescribed medication to induce a miscarriage, “Are you pregnant because you can’t take this if you are”. Thank you for making the worst day of my friend’s life, even worse.

The pharmacist at 120 and Washington is bad you should at least try to hire people that care they shouldn't work at a gas station they lie tell you your stuff is ready and when you go to get it they say it will be there tomorrow I'm on breathing medication and if I forget I out for several days and they do not care I'm on Otto refill but they never get it ready it is a bad pharmacist it a job to het

This Walgreens has stopped carrying makeup. (120th/Washington) They have a few things left at bargain prices but the shelves have been 99% empty for months now. Just a warning for anyone heading to this store for makeup hop across the street to Target for cosmetics.

I don’t understand how a simple job at a pharmacy can be so awful at customer service but they will not answer your calls. They won’t even ask you to hold please they just place you on hold then do it over and over again untill you get sick of waiting and hang up. This place is never open they are always closed eairly.

Filled prescription for my son and all of them were ready in about an hour. Mary Ann was so sweet and helpful and walked me through using some Good RX coupons. Her patience and kindness was so appreciated during my stress filled day!!! She’s a true gem!!!

they are the rudest ghetto peopkeceho havevever worked in a walgreens. I was trying to purchase leggings and shirts that were all on the clearance tags the work “Antone” Antionette basically called me a liar she said she stood there and watched the gal hanging the stuff up so when I said I would not get the 2 but the rest of my stuff she said no this transaction is done and she wouldn’t sell me my merchandise so I asked for her boss since she said she was the manager the store must have all managers and one worker…So Hayli said if that’s what she said we can refuse service… I did not cuss or scream apparently they were offended because i spoke above their level of intelligence. They actually looked combative I’m sure if I would have stood there any longer they would have got rough . The elderly cashier was just as bad. I have a call into corporate…I will never set foot in Walgreens again I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

FILL PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEWHERE ELSE - this location is full of lazy techs and an extremely rude pharmacist. The techs will just walk away and play on their phone when they tell you to hold when there are long lines. Somehow this location “loses” prescriptions that are electronically sent in and verified, this location needs investigated ASAP

Showed up at 6:23 pm to pick up my daughter's prescription for a severe ear infection. The pharmacist had left and the rest of the store staff didn't know why, because the pharmacy is supposed to be open until 7:00 pm. This is unacceptable. People need their medications and depend on posted hours.

Was literally being helped at the pharmacy counter until a woman named Hen came up and said they were closing for lunch and to come back in a hour. As I was already in the middle of my transaction! Very rude and u professional and she didn't care I had a sick child and needed this asap! She should not be working there

Made appointment for vaccination. Got there, and they were out.Why they can’t call the one or two people scheduled is beyond me.Giving the store. 4 stars for now, because they are infinitely better than the one at 104th and Federal.
