Multiple times I have gone to pick up my prescription during their pharmacy hours, and they have had no pharmacist on duty so I haven’t been able to pick my up prescriptions that were ready.

Never had an amazing experience here, but before my latest they were generally okay.Recently, however, I tried to get a prescription delivered. I didn't realize that they apparently use Doordash for this, and the person decided to pick up my medication and then just (I assume) keep it for themselves to use/sell.I called to try and sort this out and spoke to a very unfriendly manager who told me I would need to bring in a PRINTED COPY of the proof screenshot and report made to Doordash in order for them to replace the stolen prescription. So, now not only do I not have medication I very much need, I have to spend a chunk of my own time fixing their mistake. Needless to say, I'll be finding a new pharmacy (and likely never getting medication delivered ever again).

How the hell are you going to have a PHARMACY closed for FOUR days?!? People need their medications! They closed early last night & won't be open until Tuesday at 10am?! I understand the holiday, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy is a joke. I needed an important med and it never got filled. I waited three days before calling. Everyone person I spoke to had an attitude. Long story short I was refused meds because I was "rude". After the 3rd call I was rude because of the service, lies, and attitudes. Before that I was told I could search elsewhere for the meds. Any other Walgreens I was at would call the customer and say we don't have your medicine currently. However, we found it at this location, we can transfer it or it will be here on a date. I may be wrong, but I thought that's how it should work. Every person escalated the situation and would hand me off yo someone else. They don't care. I was a long time customer in another state and never had issues with Walgreens. After reading these reviews this is a long time issue. Never got a call from the manager. It's a fundamental Walgreens issue. I really hate reviewing negatively and historically don't review. However, I would also hate for people to have to deal with what I did. I was talking to who claimed to be the acting manger and a cashier came over and put her two cents in. Addressed me as "dude" and the acting manager thought it was appropriate. I know they think they are right in their behavior because management and corporate allow it. I switched to a different pharmacy that is not a Walgreens, had my medicine in 20 minutes, the pharmacist ask if I have questions, and every person i talk to is friendly and caring. Night and day difference. I understand service and retail can be difficult but if you hate it that bad, go into a different field. I would not use this Walgreens! This Walgreens has ensured I will no longer be a customer at any Walgreens ever again after 20 years as a loyal customer. This store hurts the Walgreens with great team members that care.

This pharmacy used to be wonderful. Service was quick, it was courteous and professional. Now it is noncommunicative. When they post a sign that says this pharmacy is temporarily closed. They don't tell you when it will reopen or even if it will reopen. Or whether I'll be close for a few hours a few days or a few weeks. You can pre-pay for your prescriptions online but no where does it tell you that the code only lasts for 24 hours and it still shows up as your bank account debit. But you don't have your prescription because they won't take the code anymore.

Incompetent staff at the pharmacy. There's a reason this place is rated so low. Walgreens needs to go out of business already. C'mon free market.
