It's scary to leave your pet in the hands of strangers, but this place is the absolute best. I'm so happy we found them. Every employee is kind, knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely love our dog. We really trust them!

A Pawsitively Wonderful Experience at Waggin Tails Dog Resort!?????I've been bringing my beloved puppy Kona to Waggin Tails Dog Resort for the past few months, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and services they provide. Our boy Charlie has been going there since 2020, best place ever for him. He also gets boarded there and we don't worry about him. Great Staff and fun for all!!!

This has been a super long overdue review. My dog Otter has been going to daycare and been boarded at Waggin’ Tails for the past year and a half since she was 6 months old. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m very protective about my dogs so I did my research of all the local dog daycares and this place had the best and highest reviews by far!She was very shy when she first started and the staff and owners have been great about easing her into the crowd. She has loved coming here since her second day! She knows exactly where we’re going when we’re still a few blocks away.They have a camera system that you can use to check in on your dog throughout the day. The video is not always the best quality but it does the job! They also have lots of cute photo opportunities like a costume photoshoot for Halloween or Santa Claus photos during Christmas. Overall, I’m happy that Otter is happy here when I’m work and that she has made such great friends - dogs and humans alike!

We love Waggin Tails! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your pup enjoys their stay, as well as making sure pet owners feel comfortable doing so. We found this facility when we lived in the area, and continue to utilize them even though it's now a 30 minute drive for us. We've tried other boarding facilities in metro Denver and haven't found one that even comes close. Thank you Waggin Tails for taking great care of our pup while we are away! Recommend!!

Tito and his human family love Waggin’ Tails so very much. In the morning, we like to ask Tito if he wants to go to “ski” (school pronounced like Cartman), and he gets so excited. Everyone at WT is so friendly and accommodating. They offer all sorts of great services as well if your pup needs pampering. Special mention for Kyle, Tito’s favorite!

Just picked my boy after a week stay , I gotta say I have never felt as at ease as I do when I leave my pup here , everyone of their staff members is so kind . It’s just like dropping off with a family member I always know they will take great care of him ! I appreciate every single one of you , and Tailz loves you all !

I love Waggin' Tails! They take great care of all of the dogs that come to play and stay with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I know that my dogs have a great time and that they are in a safe environment.

Boarded her for four days, had her bordetella and picked her up and she's got kennel cough AND they claim they gave her a bath but I have to wipe her with his little wipes on her underbelly for a rash and nothing came off but dirt. So yeah I'll never take her there again. They have entirely too many dogs there. Anyway, when I watch on the webcam there's just all over the place. That's too many dogsAnd I am requesting a refund for the dog bath and the $15 tip that was not deserved, and I did not call the employee any name which is a total lie. Lie however I'm sure I did curse because I was very upset

FIND ANOTHER DOGGY DAY CARE!!!!! MY REPLY TO THEIR BS RESPONSE...Jordan is awesome and I say that bc he was always there in the mornings when I dropped off...my wife almost always picked them up, I should have clarified more that I dislike one woman there, Bri who is the worst. There is a camera in their lobby which I have requested any and all instances of me being rude or aggressive or mean towards female employees and zero response, painting a picture of me as a misogynist is borderline libel so I'm surprised that with zero evidence they would make such a claim, bold strategy of making libelous claims with ZERO evidence, ESPECIALLY when I have evidence of ER visits and vet visits that correlate with our puppies stays. Also the claim that I "eyerolled" their suggestions that our dog is a bully is garbage, my wife would pick them up way more often than I did and she never heard a peep of our dogs problems, again lies by WT!!! Funny that when our pups are at home and I "bah" them as our trainer has us do, they are well behaved and get along great, yet they are so terrible at daycare, another interesting coincidence...could it be that the staff is untrained? Also I think it's hilarious you are calling my dog a bully, he is a 100 lb Pyrenees that's clumsy, but if attacking my dog is your response it's better you attacking him with words than another dog at your facility biting him, but of course it was his fault. Rosko was at my brothers and Myka was with us, not a lie but thanks for trying. I also never said that I was willing to bring in my pup in with kennel cough to get every other dog sick, I said I could have like apparently other individuals have and that's how my puppies got it multiple times from this facility with evidence to back it up from our vet. Glassdoor is also a place former employees can leave a review of what it was like working there, sorry you didn't sign up for that page, just another instance of negligence and a lack of caring about anyone but themselves just like the review said. Bottom line is that we asked for a refund from them because their facility gave our pup kennel cough, we gave 3 days notice (another lie they concocted by saying no notice), Bri was rude and other saw it and commented as well, that's what started this whole fiasco bc there was NEVER any mention of our puppy being a bully or any mention to my wife or myself of my behavior, so if you bring your dog there and you have a complaint you better find a new daycare quick bc this is how they handle it in their business. Best of luck. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We took our puppies there for 2 years and they did decent, Jordan is awesome, the rest of the staff not so much. One of our puppies got GIARDIA from there, had our puppies lip get a hole bitten through it, multiple instances of kennel cough but then the last time we took our puppy in and she got kennel cough from WAGGIN TAILS and they then attempted to not refund a deposit for the next stay because our puppy had kennel cough which they got from the facility. Bri, one of the owners has atrocious customer service skills and is downright rude and told us it wasn't their fault yet we only have our dogs socialize with their dogs at their facility, no dog parks or doggy dates. They then told us that our puppy was a "problem puppy" when they told us we couldn't board our dogs there anymore yet every time we picked them up it was "they're so great", "oh my god we love your puppies", "he does so well with the other dogs who constantly nip and bite him...what's funny is that our dogs are incredibly well behaved at home so any behavioral issues is learned from Waggin Tails. Side note, they finally refunded the deposit after asking politely and then they decided after doing what was right to blacklist us from their facility. Keep your dogs away from this unsanitary facility who's ownership who is rude and lies!!!

My pup and I LOVE Waggin' Tails! The facility is clean and safe but more importantly, the people are so wonderful and love on my crazy, high-energy dog. It's been a lifesaver for us and my dog gets the excited stomps every time we pull up. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you, WT crew!

We got our dog and tried a few places in the area. Waggin Tails is truly, hands down the best. They do a great job vetting dogs, are always well staffed to watch them all, and you can watch all the goodest boys and girls on the cameras (free dopamine). Everyone knows Poe by name, and he absolutely LOVES it here. Cries when he gets in, one time he tried to jump the gate to go into the play area because he was so excited to be there. He comes home tired and happy, and I'm so glad he has a place where he can have fun, and I know he's safe and sound.

This review has been long overdue. Our dog Breck had been going here for the last six years. She did both the boarding and daycare. This business goes above and beyond for your dog and for us as dog parents. Recently our dog passed away and they sent us the sweetest card and pictures of our girl. In the card they wrote some sweet memories of her that made both my husband and I get emotional about. These memories are things that our dog breck would do to us also at home so we know she was given love and attention by the staff. This was above and beyond what I would expect of a business to do for us and means the world to both of us. We won’t be getting a new dog soon but definitely recommend this place to anyone with no reservations.
