Made appointment a month ago because this only day off for diesel emissions testing. Showed up and the only tech that does this is on vacation. No call, no heads totally unprofessional.

Went the shop guys were working but no office guy so they couldn't help me at all. I just needed an emissions test.. won't bother going back.
