“I've been a customer of Smooth ride now for a few years ever since moving into Northglenn. I was a customer of another mechanic shop with no complaints other then driving distance which was around 40 mins away on a good day and a bit pricey. Finding a reliable, inexpensive and trustworthy mechanic is a task but found Smooth ride on line and gave them a shot. Not only are they walking distance from my house but there incredibly inexpensive, detailed, and genuinely good people and mechanics. Phil is very professional and friendly and from my experience honest. They work with my aftermarket car warranty and have yet to give me anything to complain about. Of course you need an appointment as you should but its never too crazy of a wait and so far the work I have had done is always done in a day. I had a fuel pump issue in my 97 silverado, cv axel on my 2011 tuarus and there was never a upsell from Phil is was what it was. On the tuarus he did recommended that we do a break flush because of age and color of fluid, and maybe a transmission flush as well since he was doing the cv axel but didn't push. I went with the fluid changes because we did buy it used and there were no records from the previous owner of them being done. Phil obliged and got everything done in a day. Overall I would recommend and have recommend Smooth Ride to anyone looking for a great fair priced mechanic and have gotten good feedback from the individuals who have used them. “I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop.
