Our experience with various tax help services has been frustrating, expensive, and unproductive for over ten years.For the last two years, Timberline Tax Group has done an excellent job of negotiating the successful appeal of a Tax Levy, obtaining a Release of Tax Lien, initiating an Installment Payment Plan, and pursuing the Abatement of Penalties. Timberline Tax Group has made quick progress.Working with Sam Noshirvan and Melissa Humdy has been both rewarding and a pleasure. Sam knows the tax laws and rules exceptionally well and is a competent, zealous advocate. Melissa was previously an IRS Revenue Officer with an excellent firsthand understanding of how the IRS procedures work in practice. I hired a local attorney who said he handled IRS and bankruptcy. He didn't know the IRS laws and codes like Timberline. I spoke to quite a few companies that claimed to be able to have IRS debt reduced by a lot. And when Timberline called, I was really skeptical they really performed. The helped me get back to a payment plan without touching my retirement account. Timberline also worked to get my past taxes refilled. Brooke was five stars, all the way. Clear emails and conversations, always followed up when she said would. It made the process so much better having her helping and guiding the way.

Excellent group! Highly recommended. Joe Stroup in particular is exceptional in facing off and dealing with State taxing authorities and the IRS. The years of experience and expertise shows through with actual results! Navigating the byzantine process, codes and rules is every day work for them. They face off directly with the agents and the entire structure. I had used other services previously and these folks are head and shoulders above the rest. I would give Joe and the team at Timberline six stars if I could. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Highly Recommended

Use these guys. The peace of mind alone is worth it. Before reaching out and before finding out the solution to my problem, was doable on my own, I felt very supported and heard. My case is now in my hands, they are refunding my money even though the team did some leg work and got answers I couldn't get before using them. You will not regret it.

Timberline is a breath of fresh air.I had been dealing with my back taxes for almost a year with an attorney who was everything the Timberline crew is not. I received a bill for every call and email question I sent.Galen and Tiffany were very responsive and proactive to help me through this difficult time. They made it as simple as possible for me.They were patient and empathetic to my tax problem.No judgement or scolding ever.They responded in a very timely manner to every text, email or call I made.They regularly checked in with me for updates or to clarify where we were in the process.It was like dealing with a friend.I cannot recommend them any higher.

I would recommend Timberline Tax Group to anyone. Sue and Sam made getting many years of unfilled tax returns a breeze. They did a great job of explaining the process step by step. The outcome that they got me was one I was only dreaming about.
