I'm sorry I don't recall his name, but that is why I left the specific date, in hopes he receives proper credit. (A Spanish name).The chicken and shrimp carbonara was a huge portion, with a lot of both proteins! It isn't super flavorful, but lots of salt and pepper do the trick. The parmessan sauce is thick and creamy, making this dish a delicious option ?The brownie lasagna for dessert was over the top rich and sweet. Definitely for sharing!!The coffee is nicely served with a refill carafe.
