I made in 40 minutes before close and after I had picked out a few items I headed towards the fitting rooms. As I asked for a fitting room to try on four pairs of shorts and two shirts, I was told “well we just closed the fitting rooms”. I would have been more understanding if maybe I came in five minutes before close, but there was still 20 minutes when I asked for the fitting room and if the person that turned me away didnt give such a “well sounds like youre outta luck” type of response. Sad to say this was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever experienced.

It is my first time visiting this beautiful place ? I was delighted with all the variety of clothing, boots and accessories for cowboys and cowgirls. you find everything you are looking for. The prices are a little high but the quality is worth it.

Large selection of great clothes and western boots. Unfortunately, I didn't get any help, even though 4 employees happily chatted privately over the hour I spent in the store. Customers are annoying here!

Excuse me! Boot Barn will never be as good as the store they bought out there in Northglenn. Shepplers was a better store. Way better than Boot Barn. I know this is only 1 person's opinion but at least I always knew where to buy boot cut Levi's that were still being made in America for a decent price. You have how many little stores like this one here in Greeley? That don't sell Levi's Boot Cut jeans? Well let's clarify that answer zero zippo naughta and you think you are better than Shepplers that's a joke in itself. Shepplers had product in all their stores and they never said you need to come to the main store to buy the jeans. And gee if you had to buy the jeans over the phone they would give you 2 options mail them to your house or to the closest store Boo Barn don't do either know

The mens work boots that we wanted were damaged but we still left with a pair of boots.. the women's work boots don't have much variety or wide sizes. I didn't leave with new boots...

Excellent customer service. Alex was especially helpful to me and my friend. Very knowledgable about boots and caring for the leather, was very easy to talk to, and seemed to have a genuine care for the customers and their needs. Nayelli was also helpful and had a very good attitude. Will be coming here for western wear needs from now on.

I love walking in and smelling the leather. Everyone in the staff is very nice, available and helpful. For some reason, the parking lot is full of 15yo Ram 1500s, all with 18" wheels that poke out of the fenders 10" and have the least expensive tires that will fit the wheel. They also all have lick and stick "chrome" somewhere, fenders, rain guards, or just right down the bottom 1/3 of the body.

Selection is good. Organization lacking. Women's work boots.. better to shop online. Poor variety of sizes in store for the ladies.
